I have never been to this BR. First of all the Server was like detached from his job. Half talked, no smile, no personality, no nothing. Half of the ice cream was not in the case. Not sure if it was sold out or what. The one I wanted looked like it had melted and refrozen. Trying to find somewhere to sit was almost impossible. Every table was nasty. Not just dirty, but nasty. You would think that between customers someone would clean the place, wipe the freaking tables off!!! They weren't crowded and 3 people were working.

We walked in and nobody greeted us. They had very few flavors of ice cream, and none of them were labeled, so we didn’t know what they were. As we stood there, looking at the ice cream and contemplating if we wanted anything, again, we did not feel welcome. So we walked out.

This may be the first time I’ve ever written a review of a restaurant, but the declined service at this particular location, combined with the fact that I cannot get in touch with customer service has led me to post it. Three separate occasions, I have Been unable to shop at this location because they won’t stock ice cream or donuts specifically they seem to continually run out of vanilla And chocolate ice cream as well as common varieties of donuts. I went in and the ice cream cabinet was only about half full. It is difficult to understand why this particular location. Stock the most basic items

The manager went above and beyond for my daughters birthday cake!! I would highly recommend this place for any cakes for any occasion! Will definitely be ordering more cakes from here. Thank you to the manager for her hard work!

4.19 for a mini cup of ice cream, about 3 oz. Went to DQ and got more then twice that for 3.19‼️ and they never have all the flavors… more like 20!

Placed an online cake order and got an email confirmation. My account was charged. When we arrived to get the order, it had not been made. The employee tried to reach the manager but could not. I have not received a call from anyone, it has been over a week. When I call the business phone number no one picks up. I tried reaching the company online but they referred me back to the store manager. That was over a week ago. I have not heard from anyone. If I could give this place 0 stars, I certainly would.

If I could give a negative twenty stars-I would!! Was in drive thru-had to repeat a simple order (2 scoop cone and a 3 scoop cone) 4 times!!! Only to drive to window, hear workers say they are confused????? And repeat twice more!! Then was charged $12.00 and "scoops" looked like baby spoon scoops!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Stay clear of this established robbery! Drive all the way to Highway 52-they have a Dairy Breeze.

What has happened to this BR? Take a look at these photos from June 1, 2022. Display cases with frost so thick it contiuously falls into the ice cream tubs they're serving from!! They just scoop around it. Additionally the employees seemed surprised that I was there to buy "ice cream". Really? Also they were out of popular flavors like vanilla, cherry, and others.I did buy 2 cones because I just wanted ice cream. I ended up throwing them in the trash because they were full of ice that had fallen into the cream container

My experience at the Dunkin ' Donuts and B-R in Albemarle NC was very pleasant. I was cheerfully greeted upon entering. The staff was very interested in answering my questions about the avocado and tomato grilled cheese sandwich. I decided to try it based on our conversation and it was tasty. I would like to give a shout -out to three workers there LaDarius, Jameyeisa and Nyasa. Thanks

The chubby girl at the window said they don’t have ice cream ? because they are a coffee shop ? I didn’t know this was a undercover Starbucks. This is my 3rd attempt here I will never come back . Poor management.
