I’m visiting my mom here in Albemarle and we went to this Biscuitville for breakfast, the service was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond, creating a very warming and welcoming environment. Every single employee was working so hard with such a great attitude, I love to see it! Thank you Biscuitville!

Purchased a breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, grits and a biscuit. The eggs looked to be the type that are poured out of a carton. Very rubbery in texture with no flavor. The grits were totally bland with no hint of seasoning. I’m not sure how the could claim to be “Southern”. The biscuit was cold, hard and very bland in flavor. The highlight was the bacon. It was the only thing worth eating. Very disappointing and not worth the price.

The biscuits are not even wrapped good. They are laying in the bag out of the wrapper and they are cold. I order hash brown casserole and I ordered 2 and both of them had bout 2 tablespoons full in the cups not even half full

I visited this place recently and was met with surprisingly rude service. I get it not everyone has a great day, but taking it out on customers isn’t the move. We’re not responsible for your mood, and it’s not our job to absorb that energy. What really disappointed me was the lack of flexibility around food allergies. When I asked to swap out a side due to an allergy, I was met with attitude instead of understanding. It’s basic courtesy and safety to offer options for people with dietary restrictions. A little compassion goes a long way. I hope they reconsider how they treat guests and update their menu to reflect more inclusive choices. Everyone deserves respect, especially when health is involved.

Service is very slow from 1pm-2pm. You will be waited until they are ready to answer you at the DT menu. Made me pull up. No customer were behind me.

This place is always crazy busy for breakfast on the weekends. Drive-thru is pretty slow. Very friendly staff though.

Usually have a great experience here but went through drive through this morning, to my surprise no one in line ahead of me. Placed my order, paid, got my food and didn’t think I needed to check my bag as there was no one else in line. How could my order be so wrong when you are not busy. Sure enough when I get home I am missing all my side items, I call to let manager know or whoever Wendy is. I ask her if there is someone who checks the order or who makes sure all items are in the bag. She told me that there should have been someone doing that and I proceed to tell her what I was missing. She asks me to bring my bag of food and receipt back and she can check my order and replace what might be missing. I’m not wanting WENDY to rummage through my food that I have already taken home!!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ People just please check your orders before you leave, lesson learned.

This joint was jumping. The Drive Thru was backed up; a good indication the food was good. We had to park in the Chick Fil A parking lot, thank goodness it was Sunday! I watched the baker artfully make the biscuits from scratch! The bacon egg and cheese breakfast was really good. I wasn't used to eating homemade biscuits! Delicious!

This was the nastiest biscuit!! You could still taste the flour, salt, baking power!! And it was flat! A flat biscuit?! The isn’t the first time either! They need to find someone else to do biscuit duty!!

I would choose differently next time. Did not care for the chicken biscuit, but it was my choice, it was served hot and made from scratch

2nd time trying this place. 2nd time being totally grossed out and disappointed. Service is ok not great but thats fine. Food is horrible. Up charge for eggs that are rubber. 100% reminded me of powdered eggs. The sausage was so over cooked and hard it could have been used as a weapon to bust out a window.
Both syrup containers were leaking and covered everything in sticky syrup. Sad that we pay so much for less than decent food.
