Chicken was dried out and hard. Like it was old and over cooked. Order was messed up- got sweet tea, mac and cheese instead of unsweet tea and dirty rice. Also did not get peach cobbler that was ordered and paid for.

Usually our go-to Bojangles. The ladies bathroom needs some repairs (soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser not functional) but they always have soap and paper towels available. Food is usually good, every once in a while may get something that is overcooked but not awful.
**Update as of 5/22/25, they are currently remodeling the inside of this Bojangles, drive thru is still open.

The food was hot and tasted as expected. The service was quick. The men's restroom needed a lot of work. It was filthy, even by the men's bathroom standards.
I can overlook the poor service to people having a bad day, we all have them. I can overlook the bad attitudes to improper upbringings in their home, it’s 2025; it’s tough out here.
What I refuse to overlook is food poisoning. I ordered breakfast this morning for my wife and I. Within hours we are vomiting with terrible diarrhea. This is unacceptable beyond measure. I’m now missing work, having to get checked at a clinic, and terrible for our mental health. It’s going to be a long weekend, but I’m not staying down or quiet about this.

Food was old and hard couldn't chew it. It was cold. They did not get the order right. Fries had no season on them. I ask for extra tarter sauce I got no sauce. I ask the lady at the window to makesure my combo had it. The other combo was the way it came. Both combos was nasty. I ordered a sweet potato pie got a cold hard pie. I am not happy. Paying that much money for food that is not for my dog to eat. Almost 30$ for the order. Get it home couldn't even eat it

Stopped for breakfast.
Service is fast as everything on the breakfast menu is packaged and under a heat lamp. There is a lot of traffic so it stays pretty fresh.
The food was blah, not good or bad. Just lots of greasy carbs, without memorable taste.
We got the meals and the soda machine was out of our first choice (and not marked as out) and the second choice tasted off.
Over all I can't see us stopping at a Bojangles again.

Absolutely ridiculously disgusting not only was I treated like a complete asshole but they told me they wouldn’t give me my online order without my phone which was ordered on a phone without service so they refused me my food the first time even with proof of purchase then when I came back with the app to show them, they tried telling me that it was the wrong order, even though I could show them everything Had to finally get somebody to come up there to give me my food, and it was still wrong when I got home I got the wrong drink. I paid extra to add stuff to a biscuit which I never got then when I call a customer service line of any sort I can’t get any answers. No one will answer and no one takes us seriously, so not only was I denied my food twice. Got my food cold it was wrong and they were rude. This has happened more than once. I was hoping that it was just a one time thing no this happens every time I order Bojangles on Albemarle.
