This is one of the hidden gems of Stanly County. It's a really tiny hole in the wall. To my knowledge I've never seen them advertised. Parking is in a gravel and dirt lot across the road. And you're always going to see a line out the door. That's because the food is great, the service is great, and people love going there. If you come by, plan on having to wait 5 or 10 minutes to get a seat. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. Doesn't matter what day of the week it is. You're probably going to have to wait 5 or 10 minutes to get a seat. And that's okay. The food is worth it!They cycle tables pretty quickly, so you really shouldn't be waiting more than a few minutes. It's owned by a local lady who works there every day. You'll often see her behind a cash register. She's the pretty lady with the straight brown hair.Is it a five-star Michelin restaurant? No. It's good old Southern American breakfast food, and it's good every single time. I've never had a bad day in there. I've never had an off day. The food is good each and every single time. That's all you can ask for! That's why there's a line out the door!Go check them out sometime and tell em Tommy sent you.

The ambiance is amazing there is a 10 minute line but so worth it! The waitress was the so fast and multiple people came up and asked if you need anything I got my drink , coffee & hot chocolate in under 5 minutes! I ordered the French toast and it was the best French toast I have ever had!

Was overcharged by $2.15 and brought it to their attention. Both waitresses came up with excuses. It’s $2, if y’all needed it just ask! Don’t overcharge people like they can’t add! SMH never again

I was on the road and stopped for several days with family and wanted to take them out for a meal. Complicating things is the fact that I had a big respiratory setback when I had COVID, so my doc wants me to limit activities in indoor public spaces because I can't tolerate a mask anymore--so it's outdoor dining only for me, and it's August in NC. It means so much to me when a restaurant offers outdoor table service. And breakfast is the right time for summer outdoor dining, before it gets too hot outside. Our food came out quickly and featured perfectly cooked eggs and crispy-edged hash browns, just the way I like them. The staff were all efficient, friendly, and very kind. I'd be here all the time if I lived in the area!
