They got our orders wrong they put chili on one of the hamburgers we ordered

This was on Saturday 1/3/26. My roommate ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I had a cookout tray with a big double cheeseburger but no bacon with 2 ranch chicken wraps and a large tea. My roommate got really sick with food poisoning after eating here. I did not get sick but the burger was dry and not that great. The chicken wraps were fine and the service is fine but something went wrong that day. Please reevaluate your kitchen practices and make sure people are following safety standards. Also you guys are using the same blown out speaker to collect orders. How hard is it to update that especially if you have people who might be hard of hearing. Very disappointed.

They were really nice people and they took time for me made sure my visit was inviting smiles on their faces despite what they maybe was going through their selves and they wished me a great New Year's definitely will go back thanks too you all who make a difference to others in every day life
Cook Out is one of the best spots around when you’re craving great food at a great price. The menu is packed with options — from juicy burgers and BBQ to crispy chicken tenders and milkshakes (definitely try the banana fudge or Oreo). The food always tastes fresh and cooked to order, and the portions are generous for what you pay.
The staff here stays friendly and quick, even when the drive-thru line wraps around the building. Everything comes out hot, and they always get my order right. The late-night hours are a huge plus too; it’s my go-to after a long day or road trip.
The atmosphere gives that authentic Southern comfort-food vibe — simple, fast, and satisfying. Whether you’re grabbing a quick tray or treating yourself to a shake, Cook Out never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone who loves quality fast food with real flavor and value!

I’ve only been here three times. Every time I go the food is always wrong or missing part of the order. Then you have to go back through the drive-through and wait 20 or 30 minutes so they can correct it, by the time everything is corrected the food is cold. I will not be returning to this location ever.

How difficult is it to make a correct order? The last four days imes I've gotten a milkshake there they repeat my order correctly but they make a different flavor.

Beware******Never honestly had a bad experience here till tonight and its not really cookouts fault but i guess who they get their chicken from. Was eating my chicken wrap and felt something stab my tongue and this was in the chunk of chicken. You can see where it was inside the chicken strip. Its a twist tie.

I love Cco Out. The main reason that I love Cook Out so much is the late night hours they are open. The banana pudding milkshake is to die for.
