We ordered on line, the food was excellent. The staff were kind. We will do meals from there again!!

A special thanks to the lady who worked tonight 12/10/24. She did an exceptional job while training. The guy she was training was very attentive and did a great job. My brisket sandwich on Texas toast, loaded potato casserole, and tea were soooooo good. I am officially in a satisfied food coma tonight 😂. I hope you all can bring this great food closer to Charlotte very soon.

Really wanted this place to be good, as my hotel for the next 3 weeks is right down the street. Service was excellent, super nice staff and the place was clean and neat. Unfortunately the food didn’t match. Pictured is the “3 meat plate” I ordered pulled pork and double brisket. I honestly couldn’t tell what was what. It was extremely dry and flavorless. It tasted like roast beef that had sat out on the counter all day. Zero smoke color or flavor. Not pictured are the 2 sides I got….potato casserole and bbq beans. Both sides were good. Not great but edible. All the sauces were excellent and the Texas toast was unfortunately the best part of the meal. It was cheap for BBQ…less than $20. I hate to say it but Cook Out’s BBQ is better than this.

I really don't know why this place isn't busier than it is. Maybe because it's Texas BBQ? Whatever. It's good and it always is. Can't go wrong here.

The serving sizes are SMALL. I got a 2 meat plate dinner. And it’s 20 dollars. I would rather go to city bbq in the city that has the same price but much larger servings. This is their turkey and chicken serving. Disappointing.

I come here 2+ times a month. The food is fantastic, tons of sauce options, and a drive thru for easy pick up! I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman who prepares plates in the back is so kind and a joy to talk to. I have spoke to him multiple times on different occasions and he is always so friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Laid back atmosphere, TV, and several menu options for picky eaters.

Place an order through Uber by way of instacart food sat for over an hour so I called the store and the owner was kind enough to deliver the food since Uber had nobody available at the time. I gave the owner a $10 tip! Excellent food an excellent people!

The briskets awesome! It's better brisket than the smoke pit in Concord. The ribs are pretty good too! Their potato salad is southern potato salad with mustard which is great.

Ribs and briskets are great, pulled pork it is not so good as I expected.
Pecan pie is out of this world!

At just over $20/lb for their brisket, I would expect it to not be dry. This brisket was terrible. Very dry. Disappointing to say the least. Will probably not be back to this location.
