The African American gentleman who takes orders needs to be more articulate and not use slang. This is where Starbucks, Clutch and so many others will not make exceptions when hiring because it's so important when reciting a coffee order. The young lady who ran our food out to our car was EXCEPTIONAL! Hashbrowns were very soggy and the croissants were extremely overcooked. Not the best experience, but DD is not considered the gold standard as it pertains to coffee/breakfast so my expectations were not high to begin with. 3 stars.

I entered the establishment and was met with an unattended counter, it was quite a bit of wait before a staff member arrived to take my order. I requested two black coffees, which unfortunately fell short of expectations and were undrinkable, resulting in disposal. I would recommend personnel providing comprehensive coffee preparation training. Ultimately, my experience concluded on a disappointing note.i would not recommend getting hot coffee at this facility.

I have given this location many chances I’m always nice. I spend a lot of money here bc it is convenient. There’s only 2 people that work there that act like they actually care. It is always out of something. Including Carmel syrup which i would think is something you should stock up on. Instead of telling me they were out of English muffins and asking what else they could do they hand a cold hard croissant and cold hard sausage the cheese was cold. And cold soggy hashbrowns. I honestly am going to avoid this location and just leave earlier to get to the one by my job that never makes you wait long and doesn’t give cold food out. Crazy.

Sat for a very long time in the drive thu and they got my coffee wrong. Was given a butter pecan swirl flavoring and I'm very allergic to nuts. Edit: went back and the line was wrapped around the building. Doors to go inside were locked. Seems very understaffed. Management should look into that.

I go to this Dunkin’ everyday. The girls in there really do try their hardest to make sure everything’s right. If they don’t have something, they will save the ticket until they do, or will offer to replace it with something else. They’re always sweet.
