My husband and I have came here twice so far and each time they have gotten something with our order wrong the one gentleman wants to touch food without gloves and I'm a breastfeeding mother of a month and a half old babygirl and I don't know where your hands have been and also today I got 2 orders of hash browns that I've had to get fresh cause they cooked it in old grease it's ridiculous

This franchise owner needs to get with it and clean house of their staff! They are slow and lazy. No customer service at all! I sat in drive thru for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged! Not even a sorry for your wait, or even a thank you as I was handed my order, just handed my order and the staff walked away! If I hadn’t already placed my order in advance and paid for it I would have left! Do better DD!!

This is the most poorly ran Dunkin’ Donuts and probably restaurant in all of North Carolina. They have been out of drinks for over a month. Every order takes more than 20 minutes. They just need to shut this down and give it up.

I hate to be the one to leave negative reviews, but I swear, EVERY time I go, they are out of everything. Then this time I did a mobile order for munchkins and specified which flavors I wanted. And I didn’t even get the ones I asked for. It’s so frustrating because I love Dunkin’ Donuts. But this location has me never wanting it again.
Horrible location. 2 hours late opening this morning, out of almost everything you order more than half the time. Done spending my money at this place!

Although the Green Goddess wrap is not available at this location, the other wrap with chicken was a great substitute. It tasted really good. The staff were very nice as I came to this location twice this week. My food and coffee was hot and tasted really good. I read the other reviews and hope the food and supplies can be replenished to accommodate the orders requested, but I still had a positive experience.

You can't even rate this store because you can't get anything other than coffee at 6:30 a.m. I expected to pick up donuts when they opened at 6:00 and they still had no donuts on the shelf at 6:15 guess I'll go to Krispy Kreme because they open at 6:00 and I can get hot fresh donuts to take to my crew at 6:00 when they open not an hour later.

Every single time I go here something is wrong. Always slow. They don’t pay attention. Toast is never toasted. Always out of something. Lobby is always closed. They had the new years sign out for months after new years. Needs new management bad. They don’t care about the store at all. I’d love to have a good dunkin nearby. I used to work at dunkin and I don’t typically leave bad reviews. But it’s very frustrating when people can’t do their job properly. And frustrated when I spend my money on food that is literally inedible. My avacado TOAST. That wasn’t even toasted.
Ridiculous that every week this particular store is out of Vanilla bean ,vanilla swirl and Carmel literally every week . They’re out of big straws so you got to use the med one in a large cup and the dang straw gets lost in your cup. Drive thru line is always taking forever you can be at the speaker for 5 min until someone greets you and tries to take your order . If your out of something it would be appreciated to let us know before we sit and wait just to tell us your out of half your menu ??♀️ this store has got to do better .

This dunkin is terrible. I don’t understand how it has over 3 stars. Even if you place an order on the app way in advance and the store is completely empty it still takes 20+ minutes to get your single coffee. They never have anything you order either. And they’re often closed when the hours say open. This dunkin was terrible 2 years ago before I moved from albemarle and it’s still terrible now that I’ve moved back. Management/ the owner need to seriously get it together. I won’t be back. Which is sad because I love dunkin, just not this one.

Naidelin was an amazing customer service representative. Not only did she get my order in a fast paced manner, she also led her team in a professional fashion. She deserves a promotion or raise. She is amazing at what she does. Shoutout to this Albemarle Dunkin’. Everything from the wraps to my coffee was spot on.
