Have been here many times for both raw seafood to take home and for their cooked food. I really like their salmon bites, their hushpuppies are good, their egg rolls were great but I think they stopped selling these(?).
I have bought raw salmon and tuna from here multiple times and it is always fresh. I've also tried their scallops, which I sort of overcooked :(
I want to try their seafood boil again, it was when they first started cooking in the restaurant and the crawfish were small. The only complaint I have is that the smell of cooking fish/fish in general has sunk into those old wood walls and if you sit inside for awhile the smell will get on your clothes.

I was so excited to find this place. I ordered 2 crab cakes and some catfish. It was fresh and I didn't need to season the crab cake at all..I baked it on 350 degrees when I got home. The taste was perfect ??
I haven't cooked the catfish yet. It put in the freezer, but I did have some my mom purchased from here and it was oh so good. I most definitely recommend.

Where have we been!? A gem is waiting for you in downtown Albemarle. We went last night for a crab boil and the kids had a blast. Quite the experience. The crab legs snapped and pulled well, and the shrimp was well done not chewy. I will definitely be back for the crab cakes and salmon. You can dine in or carry out. The place was clean and considering they have fresh fish, no smell which was awesome. If you like seafood, don’t walk, run to this place! If I could offer only a few suggestions- The butter for the crabs needs to be salted and the canned sodas and water for 2.50 felt like a rip. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing and will be back! Thanks for a nice meal!

Super fresh, generous portions, reasonably priced, friendly staff. I was visiting my family and we wanted seafood. The usual Albemarle spots were mentioned but I said let me Google there has to be something better and I found this gem! We had the best fish and chips (flounder or cod), crab cakes, fried shrimp- real shrimp, not popcorn. They will also broil or grill anything in the seafood case for an upcharge if you’re wanting a healthier option. No alcohol.
