Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

The food is horrible, everything ended the worst, it took a long time, the fame that that restaurant had was gone, I will never return there again.

You would think if you went to a restaurant that specializes in burgers that they would have hot dogs right? Last 2 times I went said they were out. Someone else went and they were told same thing. Take picture of hotdogs off of window, false advertisement.

In the service industry, if a person or people cannot comprehend/convey simple, basic order taking over the phone, or processing said order, one should probably find another occupation where verbal communication isn't necessary.Placed a pick up order via phone, repeated the order THREE times to the young female order taker (could hear another, assumingly older female employee in the background reiterating what I was saying, explaining what "Andy size" means at Hwy 55).Went to pick up the order (we do not use Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) got home with it, opened the boxes to find only two things were correct--one burger and two drinks. One burger, with a side of tater tots, was to have two condiments ONLY--mayo and pickles. Instead, it came with cheese, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and pickles. The other burger appeared correct, but was given tater tots instead of fries as ordered.The young lady couldn't make change for two $20 bills for a $21 purchase.Needless to say, we called back and said our order was wrong and we'd be returning and wanted our money back.We really hoped this would've been a good, first experience at this particular Hwy 55, but it wasn't. I can't give any stars for the food because we didn't eat it.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The employees were rude. We were missing most of our food. We used door dash to order pickup (prompted from the website to use doordash) and we were informed that "we won't get paid from doordash" and asked to provide a driver's license in order to pick up our food. When we declined we were prompted to pay for our food a second time. The employee told my husband that she would cancel the order but informed me that I would have to do that on the app. We were informed that they were "out of ice cream", however when I went back in to get the rest of our food they were providing ice cream to another customer. As I was waiting for the rest of our food a doordash driver came in to pick up food and had no issues. Not asked to provide proof of purchase, not asked to provide a driver's license, not told that they wouldn't get paid. By far the worst experience all around and we will not be going back. Very disappointed in the way the employees treated us.

It's rare these days to go out to eat and everything be great but this time everything was. We wound up leaving our server a 100% tip. Looking forward to going back.

The place is clean and in an alright location but this hwy 55 is made up of mostly young teens that mess up the food or undercook I and it's overall a 50/50 chance that it's actually good or not, if this restaurant hired some people with better cooking skills id raise my rating, the workers are friendly but frankly they can't

Generic tasting food. The server seemed rushed and neglected half the order. Atmosphere was not impressive. Will not go again.
