Went too drive through, ordered livers and was told 6 minutes as they are cooked to order. Ok no problem. Pull up and wait for nothing!!!! No one bothered to come out. So we go in after approximately 15 minutes. Had to bang on the counter just to get a person to acknowledge me inside, then to be told it would be another 3 minutes. Needless to say 3 minutes came and gone and still no food. Finally got my order in 25 minutes.
Never again will I visit this store. The employees didn’t even care, only said well they shouldn’t have done that!

The place was filthy. Drink fountain counter wet, and floors wet and food all over them. Tables not wiped down. If you eat the chicken tights you have to clean them first. NO!!! Stars!!!

The manager which is named Ryan told me through the drive-thru that they had no change I had $40 for a $26 order. and told me that he couldn't give me the order because he was too stupid to get there early enough to put change in the drawer. After I reached in my pocket and got money to make the correct change then he comes in with and puts change in the drawer it's lunch time on a Friday afternoon Ryan needs to be fired or you need to come check Ryan out maybe he needs all this money for all the tattoos he has. Also they will not take your order at the drive-thru until they have got the money and filled the order for the person in front of you. There was seven cars in line for the drive-thru and they're taking one order at a time. Bad management for sure

QA is a thing of the past! I watched the lady behind the counter use an ice cream scoop to scoop the Mac and cheese into a container. A noodle fell onto the table she was working on and she puts the noodle in the palm of her hand and leaves it there while she finishes working and then throws the noodle back into the container with the rest of the Mac and cheese for yall to eat! After witnessing that, I watched the girl who was putting my order in the bag drop my chicken pot pie in the ground, pick it up and put it the bag…as if I didn’t see that, and she looked at me! Until I opened my mouth! This was today 05/24/2025 KFC in Albemarle, NC. Needless to say, the chicken pot pie they replaced it with….is the one in the picture. Yall enjoy that KFC though!

Terrible. They missed all my sauces. I ordered tenders and the waffles. No syrup and no kfc sauce, portions were also ridiculously small for what I spent. Would NOT recommend this location

We ordered doordash. 1. We asked for sauce and they were missing and 2. Our sweet dasher said she's waiting on the order, you know one would assume oh the meal will be hot, but no, when we received to eat, the tenders were cold. Not even warm, so what was taking them so long. Dasher was amazing, food was horrible.

Too bad that one star is the lowest, I don't even want to give them that much credit! Went through drive through, waited almost an hour and they never came out with my food but everybody else was getting theirs and driving off. I went in to get a refund and I asked the manager why I never got my food and she smiled and said it must have been deleted! Okayyyyyy, I don't really get that. Also, their help was crawling in and out of the to-go window to take people their food. That's very unprofessional and unsanitary! I will never visit this location again!
Spent $37 for a family of 4. Waited 45 minutes in the parking lot on the food. And realized when I got home that I was given the wrong food and didn’t even have enough for my family to eat. Come on now

Food is never ready. Biscuits hard and old, chicken is greasy. Employees are rude. Wait times are ridiculous. They have poor service and food every time I go there. I like KFC, but this particular restaurant gets a negative 10 rating from me.
