I ordered a famous bowl and these people gave me a bowl of Mac and cheese with chicken š¤¦š»āāļø.
If you dont got mash potatoes just dont make the bowl.

The corn for the bowls taste like they been siting out for hours taste stale. And the restaurant itself is dirty in yhe dinning area.
Love the Chicken pot pies and the convenience of good fried chicken.

I ordered two kfc bowls, wanted large sweet teas was told they were out of large cups. Also ordered a 2 piece meal with a sweet tea. Get to the window they tell me they only had enough tea for one drink. Settle for one tea and two other drinks. Get home and the leg in my two piece meal was small, Mac n cheese was filled half way. The chicken in my bowls was clearly old and they tasted burned somehow.
Edit: I called the manager after leaving this review. She was very rude. Told me she canāt help that the company doesnāt have the cups and that he could have offered me two drinks instead of one large (ok so how is that my fault, and even so they didnāt have enough tea to make one) then when repeating my issues back told me I āfelt likeā the chicken was burned and old. I worked fast food for MANY years, I know when chicken had been sitting a while. She asked if I could come back tonight and I said no ( I have been working for 12 hours and just wanted to sit down and eat an easy meal) she told me if I canāt come tomorrow they wonāt be able to fix it for me after that. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Save your money, maybe they will close the place down.
Update: after talking to corporate they sent me a $5 voucher!! Lmao my order was over $30!!

Highly disappointed with KFC. We ordered a original and spicy chicken sandwich. Whe were asked if we wanted pickles on them, which they come with. The original had no mayonnaise on it and the spicy only had a small dot of sauce on it. KFC Albemarle needs better employees.

On 12-30-2025 I called ahead and asked about the chicken livers.
I live in Charlotte and was in Albemarle visiting family and wanted chicken livers.
The person who answered the call told me that they indeed had chicken livers.
When I arrived I asked the drive through attendant if I could order the chicken livers. I heard a female voice yel
l ā no. Aināt nobody about to cook no liversā
The drive through attendant told me they didnāt have any. When I informed him that I had just called he told me that I had to come earlier because they ran out.

If I could give this place a zero I would . I spent 26 dollars on two meals and one bowl . Chicken sandwiches were hard as a rock. Fries cold . Waste of money . KFC needs to do better . Iām sure health inspection will fail due to food temperatures .
I have never been so disrespected as a customer. I was trying to get something to eat. The girl in the drive thru was so unprofessional. No one else in-line behind me. I guess it was some kind of a game to her. Not the least bit helpful and very impatient.

We need a zero star option. I ordered online, got to restaurant on time but it still took 15 min past time, I only got a 7 piece 2 sides and biscuits. I stood waiting and witnessed a walk in order of 24 pieces go before me and then a 16 piece go before me. When I asked about my 7 piece I was told they were waiting on chicken. Cashier was nice but management was stressed and rude to customers. This is the only major fast food restaurant in town with these problems. I will never go back until they train management like other chains in town do.

Went too drive through, ordered livers and was told 6 minutes as they are cooked to order. Ok no problem. Pull up and wait for nothing!!!! No one bothered to come out. So we go in after approximately 15 minutes. Had to bang on the counter just to get a person to acknowledge me inside, then to be told it would be another 3 minutes. Needless to say 3 minutes came and gone and still no food. Finally got my order in 25 minutes.
Never again will I visit this store. The employees didnāt even care, only said well they shouldnāt have done that!
The place was filthy. Drink fountain counter wet, and floors wet and food all over them. Tables not wiped down. If you eat the chicken tights you have to clean them first. NO!!! Stars!!!
They did not have wedges, tea, and didnt give any napkins
The manager which is named Ryan told me through the drive-thru that they had no change I had $40 for a $26 order. and told me that he couldn't give me the order because he was too stupid to get there early enough to put change in the drawer. After I reached in my pocket and got money to make the correct change then he comes in with and puts change in the drawer it's lunch time on a Friday afternoon Ryan needs to be fired or you need to come check Ryan out maybe he needs all this money for all the tattoos he has. Also they will not take your order at the drive-thru until they have got the money and filled the order for the person in front of you. There was seven cars in line for the drive-thru and they're taking one order at a time. Bad management for sure
