On March 15th at 6:39 PM. My family and I ordered a 12 piece family meal original. We were told there was no white meat so we would receive all dark meat we accepted. We live an hour away from this location and were traveling and decided to stop due to passing the KFC on the way home. We received our food the bag was very heavy and we didn’t feel the need to check our food as I’ve never done leaving a KFC establishment. Upon arriving home and preparing plates for my family I opened the buck which had 6 BISCUITS & 6 pieces of chicken. We did not receive 6 pieces of chicken causing me to have to spend more money to feed my family after a long road trip. This is completely unacceptable and I quite frankly feel as though our money was stolen intentionally.

All I have to say is if you do an order ahead please check your stuff. If I’m ordering something to go that requires utensils can you please put them in my bag? And if you’re out of a drink that is ordered don’t just put whatever you want in my cup that I’m paying for. Just wait to tell me you’re out of it so I can choose my own.

Several people running around in the back but no help in the front. Couldn't get anyone's attention to get tea because it's not out front. Ordered ahead before we left for an order to take to family, and when the app said the order was ready, we still had to wait 15min for order. Can't blame it on no one was working cause I counted 7 people in there.

I went here while i was starving and was about to die from somebody named “the ender kirby” or something. My entire body was aching and i havent drank or slept for 3 days. when i sat at a table sad and defeated, one employee named donny or something i forgor came up to me and noticed i was in such pain, and decided to be kind and gave me some money he earned from working there so i can get some food. I got water and mac n cheese, the best food ive ever had. Then he took me on his scooter and drove me back to california. Such an incredible inspirational employee. 10/10

Don't ask for fresh hot wings u will get a teeth smack and attitude from the cook then get cussed out by the mgr for the cook like they at home running a business acted like she knew me she don't know me at all they make kfc look bad if u want good service and fresh food and live in Albemarle you have to go to Richfield that's why Albemarle never busy at night only in the daytime they busy because of the rude workers and mgr at night that was my last time going to this one until they get a new night crew.
