Little Caesars Pizza

This is probably the slowest pizza place that I have ever been to. My pizza was supposed to be ready between 1:43-1:48pm. I got a notification that it was ready at 2PM. I was already in the drive thru at 1:55PM. It is 2:17PM now and I am still waiting. They didn't even acknowledge us until 2:16PM.

Visiting from ATL ga i will never in my life come back here i waited 10 mins in drive thru last night lady came to the window told me to drive around i come back she gives the car infront of me alot of boxes i get tgere she tells me to wait then give me nasty uncook pizza i didnt even bother getting another i just wasted money and went home because i was tired very PATHETIC

Poor management! The workers were very friendly….however they are severely understaffed at this location. Get them some help!! We ordered two pizzas and ended up waiting 50 minutes and still did not get our food! We ended up leaving and just went to Domino’s instead. The two people working were completely overwhelmed. Get them some help or shut the doors!

If I could leave negative stats I would. Placed an online order last night to be ready at 5:45 NEXT DAY, I have been sitting in the line for 45 minutes and it’s not ready inside either. No one has acknowledged me once. I will never come back.

This employee's here are courteous and helpful. The Pizza is pretty good as well. Our pizza got messed up in the oven but Leo H told us upfront and asked how he could compensate for it. He made us feel valued as a customer. Thank you Leo!

Took them over 10 minutes just to come to the window was told it would take 30 minutes for 2 pizzas. Finally got the pizza and it was warm at best. Service was horrible. What happen to hot and ready in 15 minutes.

Cheesesteak pizza. It was absolutely awesome

Coworker and I ordered cheese bread. We got sick admittedly after eating. Never will eat there again.

Jason, the new manager there is a blessing! I called that my pizza was meant to be a stuff crust and he told me they’ll take care of it. Due to policy, they weren’t allow to take back the pizza so I got that one for free, he gave me my original order that was hot and fresh, but also gave me an extra as an apology. I got 3 pizza to spare for 1-2 weeks. Not sure what to do but I am blessed to have the new manager there to give us great experiences! Thank you for making our day better Jason! terrible service. waited 20 mins for food, no big deal the manager was cussing to where we could hear her, while there were children in the lobby , had people waiting to order food when they weren’t even that busy, gave someone a pizza from this morning & got mad when they came back through the drive thru, got our pizza & they gave us the wrong order. dude was in there with his hat sideways pants sagging barely knew how to use to pos system & gave people their food before us when we had been there longer, honestly gross.

Food is good, service needs ALOT of improvement!!!! Sat in line for 15 minutes waiting while the car in front of me had to beep their horn several times to get someone to come to the window, then to get to the window and be told my order was being worked on and it was supposed to be ready at 7:30 and it is now7:45 and they have limited employees and can’t keep up with the orders. Poor planning on Little Ceasars part. I had to park & go inside to get it and then was told they had to cook it twice because of the toppings that were chosen and because it was a deep dish pizza. Service needs major improvement!

Great service!

Recieved two cheese pizzas that was so cold and hard....there was no way I was eating it. Called about it and the lady told me to call back and press 8? That was a waste a time bc there is no option for 8. Needless to say no one answered when I called back multiple times. The manager needs to read the ratings bc obviously there is a pattern of cold ass food and shitty service.
