Coworker and I ordered cheese bread. We got sick admittedly after eating. Never will eat there again.

Jason, the new manager there is a blessing! I called that my pizza was meant to be a stuff crust and he told me they’ll take care of it. Due to policy, they weren’t allow to take back the pizza so I got that one for free, he gave me my original order that was hot and fresh, but also gave me an extra as an apology. I got 3 pizza to spare for 1-2 weeks. Not sure what to do but I am blessed to have the new manager there to give us great experiences! Thank you for making our day better Jason! terrible service. waited 20 mins for food, no big deal the manager was cussing to where we could hear her, while there were children in the lobby , had people waiting to order food when they weren’t even that busy, gave someone a pizza from this morning & got mad when they came back through the drive thru, got our pizza & they gave us the wrong order. dude was in there with his hat sideways pants sagging barely knew how to use to pos system & gave people their food before us when we had been there longer, honestly gross.

Food is good, service needs ALOT of improvement!!!! Sat in line for 15 minutes waiting while the car in front of me had to beep their horn several times to get someone to come to the window, then to get to the window and be told my order was being worked on and it was supposed to be ready at 7:30 and it is now7:45 and they have limited employees and can’t keep up with the orders. Poor planning on Little Ceasars part. I had to park & go inside to get it and then was told they had to cook it twice because of the toppings that were chosen and because it was a deep dish pizza. Service needs major improvement!

Great service!

Recieved two cheese pizzas that was so cold and hard....there was no way I was eating it. Called about it and the lady told me to call back and press 8? That was a waste a time bc there is no option for 8. Needless to say no one answered when I called back multiple times. The manager needs to read the ratings bc obviously there is a pattern of cold ass food and shitty service.

Probably the laziest staff Ive ever seen. Literally upset they have to actually work and terrible customer service… I’ll go to dominoes or papa johns from here on out.

They made my pizza wrong and I spoke to them about it and they kept trying to get me to take the one they made wrong. They even had the manager come out and told me that if I didnt take it that id have to wait at least 15 mins on it. I said id take it if they discounted it and they said no, so I said id wait on the correct pizza I ordered. She got mad and stormed off when I said Id wait then proceeded to complain to the staff about it while remaking the correct pizza…. Very odd situation and environment for the customer… made me feel very uncomfortable.

The ingredients are good. The overall quality is still good.

At first the mail associate working tonight on March 26 approximately 5:15 in the evening was very friendly. I had ordered a large cheese pizza and crazy bread. The crazy bread came out. It was cold to the touch. He said that he had just buttered it with the bread in the bag was cold. He came across like he was going to remake my bread and left me hanging and told me to take a bottle of soda for my troubles and it really care for the bottle soda I would’ve liked fresh crazy bread he made it seem like the waiting for the crazy bread as the payment was the bottle of soda when I asked if if I was waiting for the crazy bread he gave me a I just work here. I don’t want any trouble and I wasn’t causing trouble at all. I was very calm and friendly as I have worked many years in the restaurant industry and customer service and the way I treat people is very important to me although I appreciated a bottle of soda it wasn’t quite clearly communicated from the associated that the bottle of was in return for cold free crazy ride. I picked up the pizza as a last-minute decision for dinner due to needing to be rush to get somewhere. If the associate would just have communicated a little bit more clearly that there wasn’t another bag of crazy bread being exchanged or made for me and I would’ve just asked for my money to be returned. I would’ve left.

Ordered take out, got home and there was a hair baked into the pizza, and on the bottom of the box under the pizza. Tried calling the store and no one will answer the phone.

They want tips when you do the drive thru. The quality of food has dropped. Staff attitude very poor. Save your money don't buy here!!
