I enjoyed a delicious meal with a friend at Ly Cuisine and wished I lived closer so I could go more often! While the food was wonderful, I was equally impressed that the owner called every single person who walked through the door by name! We were newcomers so she came to our table and welcomed us as well. I definitely recommend Ly Cuisine not only for the delicious food but also for their friendly and efficient service. I hope to go back soon!

I heard good things about this place, went today because I wanted to try their steak. Well, at 5:50pm on a Saturday the steak was sold out = bad purchasing and planning because it seems that’s what folks are coming for. Decided to give the Pho a try - underwhelming to say the least. The kicker was the 50 minutes wait for food. Our server gave the impression she rather be somewhere else. Not sure what was going on today, but my experience is in sharp contrast to the reviews I have read and heard.

Xeem (pronounced 'Sang') who is the owners son, runs the front of house of Ly Cuisine. He was super friendly and incredibly helpful showing us around the menu. What a wonderful employee.
Dishes tried: The cheese wantons were delicious and original. The cheese mixture was perfect. We ordered two The pad Thai was wonderfully done. It had that special flavor that so many restaurants seem to miss. Well done! The pad Thai sesame chicken was a surprise. This tasted absolutely home made. It was very tasty and quiet original. All the flavors were amazing and complimented each other. 2 apps and two entrees $44.

Really great Thai food in Albemarle! Very friendly & helpful service and food was delivered quickly. I had the shrimp fresh rolls, which were excellent, and then the Jungle Curry with steamed tofu. I got it Extra Hot but probably would've been fine with Top of the Line (hottest option). But that's only for professionals! Highly recommend

I’ve eaten pad thai in many cities across the US and this is on par with my favorite spot. Service was fantastic and the people who work here are beyond sweet and welcoming. You can tell those that live in the area come back regularly because it is obvious the food is made with serious love.

Just FANTASTIC! I was worried moving out to Albemarle would limit our food options, but this place is better than anything in Concord. The Nhia's Thai style Ribeye, good God. So good. The Zoua's chicken, Pad Thai and Pineapple Fried Rice were all delicious ?

Want to try the steak items that are only served on Friday and Saturday nights. This a hidden gem. Not just in Albemarle but in the region. Just beware, it is a very small place. Maybe 10 or so tables.
