Jocelyn the person running the counter was fantastic. Young but very smart and made a great coffee. Nice and sweet like I wanted it. Had three scoops of ice cream which were super generous. Overall cute little shop, especially on a hot summer day when you’re craving some coffee and some ice cream. Sometimes you need both pick me ups and “cup and cone” had it. ?☕️ PS, shared the ice cream with a friend. You could definitely share three scoops with someone you trust. And a large coffee. That’s what I got for two people —three scoops and one large coffee and was more than enough.
Parking: There are parking spots right in front of the shopping center, and not only that there’s a a vape store, Asian cuisine, and a few other items, leaving lots of parking for everyone.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a drive-through and there are no stairs.

Cute little stop for some excellent coffee roasted in Charlotte and hershey's ice cream
Everything was great about Cup and Cone. The environment is so nice and the art on the wall inside is beautiful. Service was great and gentlemen was very friendly. We each tried a different flavor: - Cappuccino Crunch (excellent) - Cotton Candy (very authentic flavor to the real thing) - Banana Pudding ( to die for) - Strawberry Cheesecake (so gooooood and big pieces of cheesecake) they offer Blueberry as well ?
We did not try their coffee, but they have some great options from the menu I seen. The ice cream flavors are at least 20 different kinds. All authentic Hersheys ice cream so it was super delicious! 10/10 highly recommend ?

Friday, 12/15 afternoon around 2:45pm i had a bad experience. A girl who was a little on the bigger side, very pale skin, brown/blonde hair was working and she was so rude! She talked to me like i was stupid when i asked what flavors of ice cream there were, she angrily pointed at a paper, shoved the clipboard in my face, and was extremely rude. This in return made me not want to come back, not tip, and absolutely not recommend this place unfortunately.
