less than impressive even for McDonald's. 20 minutes in the drive thru. ordered fries with Xtra salt. they were cold, not just cool from being old, below room temp COLD with ZERO salt. other visits include an old soured sweet tea and dried out all day burger patties.
visited again. still zero salt fries, cold messy burgers, just not good. Will drive across town to the other McDonald's

I really hope the staff there Saturday night were just having a really rough night & hope they don't treat all customers with that level of hostility and disrespect. I was yelled at for asking to confirm drink sizes and straight told to suck it up when I was handed the wrong drink. I too work in customer service and I can 100% say I would never speak/treat to customers that sorta way.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without no one taking our orders. Watching all the employees running back and forth not knowing what they doing. Then one of the employees yells to use the kiosk and as we turn to the kiosk, none of them work....how are we supposed to order. We just walked out after that. Never go to this McDonald's. Go to the other one across town. Their service is a little bit better. At least at the other McDonald they have someone there to take your orders. Very very bad service. I'll stay away from this one

Why does the small cheese burger patties taste so bad!! I can't eat it no more. The quarter pounders patties are fine it's just the smaller patties, they taste like by-product. Please get a better quality of meat.

Bought an ice cream, couldn't figure out ordering on the big screen, sat down in dining room, watched an employee come out from back and walk over to young boy (employee) who. Was slouched down in a booth, she took her hands and ran through his hair like a comb several times then went back to work, the only other person in the dr was an employee eating their meal on break in the dining room

Used the self ordering station and the person (DJ) at the counter failed to give is cups and sauces upon pickup. He never looked at the order and acted as if I was putting him out to complete it.

Please do better McDonald's. I ordered my usual bacon mcdouble, no pickles, add lettuce and spicy pepper sauce. I get a cold burger that you just took off the top bun and added an additional bottom bun, no lettuce, no sauce. That I clearly paid extra for. (Lettuce) I get home (20min away) ready to eat and I see this. Please do better!!
