Horrible, mobile order to be brought curbside, waited 15 minutes, then went inside, young lady was running around and I got her attention, told her I was looking for my order and she looked and said she didn’t see it, she asked the cooks and they didn’t produce my order right away, (2) sausage egg & cheese biscuits that was it. Other people had placed orders on the kiosks and were waiting with no help as well, they were working hard in drive thru but that was it. Finally saw a manager and asked her could I get my breakfast please, she rolled her eyes made a gesture and asked the girl that was trying to help me what my order was, finally she gets my order and pitches it to the counter, both biscuits were hard and dry,
That store recently went thru a remodel but they need a remodel in management

Sadly subpar at best... service was quite good and they were friendly.. but the food has lost its dazzle dazzle ofntears past... I no longer feel the need to go there and eat now.... when I do, I know I will be sick to my stomach a few hours or less later.... which is said..... I used to really like going to Mc Donald's..

I stopped by to speak with the manager about a situation with an order I placed from the night before. She took the time to listen, was polite, and understood my concern. In a world where people don't always make time to assist others, Natasha went out of her way to do so.

Stopped while passing thru Albemarle for a snack, when to the restroom first and that is all it took to turn my stomach upside down. The restroom was just nasty, trash everywhere, floor soaked in grease, in total disrepair. If the restroom is in this condition, I can only imagine what the kitchen area looks like. See the pictures attached. I left without that snack.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Our granddaughter's burger was made incorrectly after verifying 3 times it was what we ordered, the girls at the window finally grabbed it from us rolling her eyes and went to get another one. The hot latte machine was broken and they insisted we had to take a cold latte after we asked numerous times for a refund on it. We were told we absolutely weren't speaking to a manager. They tried to get us to leave without the refund for the latte. 5 employees comes to the drive through window to argue, slam things, and yell.

This place sucks overall. Everyone working seems to hate the job & their life. They all are negative & seems to care very little about the customer. Got my order wrong & almost seemed like it was on purpose. Instead of being upset I tried being nice and all of a sudden they did their job like they were supposed to do it. They got upset because I wanted them to do their job in the first place cause I came to eat. Sorry for coming to eat I will not anymore, promise. Btw outside trash everywhere and roaches climbing everywhere. Two thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽 went out of my way to write this review. Do better mcds.
