Its not bad service. Not bad food. It is what it is. But at least it was a good experience! But here recently, it is SO SLOW!!! LIKE, why is the drive thru 9 cars deep, with like 4-5 already parked and waiting?

Always backed around building in drive thru. The cashiers and I mean all of them are not friendly at all. Basically after a considerable wait at the menu board and windows and probably told to pull up for a few minutes they throw ur food to u not have a nice day sorry we are slow nothing. If ur in a hurry dont go here. But food is really good and prepared as u ask. It's the cashiers at windows dont smile and say anything they hand u the food and shut the window. But better...

Everytime we visit the McDonald's on East Main St, Albemarle 28001, the service is very good, friendly and courteous. I really would like to thank them as yesterday (3/4/24), the employees went up and beyond the usual customer service. My wife had inadvertently put her cell phone on the tray, not knowing this and both of us being busy with our 23 mo. old granddaughter, you can say a major oopsy occured. After getting home, my wife realized her phone was missing. I went back...
