Food was good. We had a party of 12, there was one family in the restaurant and we waited over an hour for food. The trays all came out 5-10 min apart. Most of our party had finished eating by the time my children were told they ran out of everything on their order. By the time we got our checks we had been there 2 hours. Seems like they should stick to catering.

Very disappointed in the service. Very understaffed for a Friday night. 45 minutes to get my food. Only a few customers seated, so it's not like they were crowded. The food was not terrible, but the service certainly was!

I decided to try this for lunch today because I wanted something that was "real", and didn't want fast food. The food was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. It's as close to home cooking as you will get without the hassle of cooking yourself.

Real seasoning, hot oil and crunchy breading. You will not be sorry for comingIf you are looking for the processed junk served by chain restaurants, you may be disappointed. Come with an open mind and you may just find out why Soul Food restaurants are in such high demand across the world. The food is real and takes time to prepare. Don't come if you are in a rush.After being here multiple times I have received good service, fresh food and family atmosphere. This would also be an ideal place for a work group lunch since they have a hot bar with items that would be quick to get.Try it. If you complain I may be bold enough to say you have never eaten real southern cooking.They also have 2 pool tables a couple arcade games and an air hockey table in the side room.

Very poor management. Half the food is up front and half is in the back. My good was waiting for 5 min under the heat lamp while my husband was eating his food from the hot bar. I undeserving short staffed but this wasn't even a staffing issue. Food was about a .5/10
I would NOT recommend the seafood bag! The first bag I got barely had anything in it, the crab leg were like rubber and didn’t have any shrimp, but the flavor was good. After talking to the owner he agreed to make it right. I picked up the replacement bag tonight and it was worst, but it did have shrimp. Definitely not worth $35.00. See pictures. I would recommend the cheeseburger and fries they were good.
