Walked in to pick up my dinner they’ve got rap music playing and they are vaping living it up the 8” tall fella and guy with super Curly hair and mustache (no hairnet) but I think ahh what ever it’s pizza I get home open the boxes I have a smashed garlic sauce and no cheese sticks I call up there and he said “I handed them to her” well I don’t know what was in that vape he was hitting by the boxing area but im a man very obviously he went off the name on the order and tried to lie to get out of fixing the mistake trash establishment with even more trash employees such a bad location I had to get another google account because I had ALREADY left a 1 star review for a similar issue a few years ago.

Food was barely warm. Pizza had been sitting there forever and were waiting on boneless wings. The boneless wings barely had any sauce on them. Very disappointed in customer service at this location, my previous review from 3 years ago that I am writing over, my pizza was cold and my sauce was missing. I am assuming management has not got any better.

placed an order for 8:15 pickup and got a call from someone at this store around 7:45 asking if we would be there by 8 because they’re locking the doors at 8 (they’re supposed to be open for hours longer). the employee or manager we spoke to was insanely rude and clearly lacked any customer service skills. we will not be coming back to this restaurant again.

Pretty much the only place I get pizza ever since moving to Albemarle. Great pizza, rad crew, never disappointed.
We had 2 messed up orders and have proof. On Sept 1st we ordered delivery of a pizza, a papadilla, & wings with extra sauces; seen in photo. The driver delivered the wrong order, seen in photo and we called right away. The boxes didnt have our names on it. They have use the credit and said to call the store to get the order again another day because they were busy. We called a week later to order the same thing. The mananger was over the top rude. He first refused to deliver and said he couldnt find the order. Then, after delivering they again sent the wrong order, seen in photo on Sept 6th. Only one pizza. My girl called them again and the manager was very rude and accused us of lying on the phone. We explained that we had proof on the ring camera. He proceeded to scold her on the phone. The worst place. We dont even trust them to order from again. Stay away.

still like their pizza. however crazy puffs were absolutely awesome the first 2 times.
however we just got an order that was so bad we will never ever order again.
the seasoning on top was way less and absolutely so dry no sauce at all in the puffs

Pizza wasn’t good at all. I love Papa John’s and y’all got to make the pizza RIGHT MAN. This location, you will get a whatever type of pizza. Ingredients tasted funny.

Food was great, ordered a large pep with that quad cheese you know the deal. A young feller by the name of Matthew delivered some pizza to me. He made some concernedly forward sexual advances towards me, exclaiming that he had the knowledge I had a “large tip” for him. I didn’t turn it down because why waste a good time. Got herpes.

Ordered a pjs pie not too long ago and the experience was absolutely exquisite. The strapping young lad by the name of matthew was just a treat. He didn’t have the correct change but mentioned he had an “extra few bucks in his prison wallet” and made me scoop it out with a mouth watering, perfectly cooked breadstick. Besides his pungent aroma of burnt Vaseline and almond joys, he was incredibly helpful. Wish I could give an extra star for the dingleberries that came with my change :)
