Got a chicken sandwich and tots with an ocean water. The chicken sandwich wasn’t done and the ocean was seltzer water. Then the girl with thick glasses and curly hair had the nerve to have an attitude and then proceeded to roll her eyes at us.

Slow. Dirty storefront. Non existent customer service. Paid forty dollars for two combos and they gave our order to another customer before we intervened. After a 25 minute wait we had to exit our vehicle to confront the staff about our order. Noone seemed to know what was going on or care. Going back to CookOut.

Great local spot for late night grub after a day full of adventures! The kids love it and the food is always good. The Ocean water is amazing and the burgers are some of the best in town.

We were here 6/20/24 at 6:50pm I asked for the new dill pickle slushie they said they don’t have it and offered me sliced pickles in a slushie I said that’s not the same is it and they said no, I asked why would I want that then? I ordered the cheesy bacon sonic stack, let’s just say it looked nothing like the picture advertised? See pictures below, my girlfriend ordered a BLT on toast she was given un toasted white bread? And her daughter got a crispy tenders wacky pack, advertisement pic shows 3 tenders, she got one,

I’m not sure what happened to sonic, but the sonic burger used to be bigger and the meat was much better and it was juicy. This one tasted terrible. The meat tasted old and had an aftertaste never going back.

Sign on outside Of building says half-price milkshakes after 7:00 p.m. well at 7:22 p.m. I tried to log into the app in order to get the half-price milkshakes and it would not come up. So we just ordered them on the screen and she brought the milkshakes out and said the app is down. I said you should still honor it if the app's down. It's not our fault but you have it advertised and they would not honor the display. So be deleting the app and no longer eating from your restaurant. There are plenty other places here in town to eat where their apps do work.
