I order some burgers with 2 medium fry and when I got home and checked it the frys were so hard I couldn't chew on them, and seem old.

I dont know if she’s new or not But it’s this girl named Mariah.. She’s EXCELLENT! I gave her a $5 tip because I accidentally dropped the money on the ground. This lady took the time out of her day and went outside to pick it up for me!!! This young women needs a raise!!! I will be coming again. (Only for Mariah) Good job sonic!!!

UPDATE: DEFINITELY didnt take as long today! So glad i paid extra for the garlic butter burger to have lettuce. So i could have it dry with no lettuce. 😑 but, everything else was right in bag so i raised a star. Its just disappointing. It never used to be like this. Matter of fact, none of them did. I used to work here years ago, and Harrisburg loc. Downhill hard here. The fresh onion...barely coated, falling apart. Literally sat at drive thru window for 13 mins. After waiting 8 for the car directly in front of me. Dont remember how long before that. And they weren't even busy! You can do better. Please do.

I dont understand how yall can't tell when food should be thrown away... and remake it fresh. I just need to stop coming here as I did McD's. I ordered 35$ worth of food get home and my chicken looked like it was from yesterday. Just nasty!!!!🤢😡 No one's food should look like that.. wish I could post pictures 😡
