I am a nurse and I come here to chart often and the staff has been incredible! I visit coffee shops often and I normally choose local shops, but I have received incredible service from the staff here. Amaya is one of the girls who really stood out! Heather is also amazing and there is another lady who had offered a gift card for them forgetting my drinks for an extended amount of time. They definitely right their wrongs, but I’m sure they don’t mess up often. Super impressed !

Ended up having some great coffee to go Christmas shopping. The people were professional quick and the coffee was fantastic.

Put in a mobile order & when we got there the line was out of the parking lot so we debated on waiting inside or getting in the line, our order said it wouldn’t be ready for 10 more minutes (had placed it 15 min ago) so we just got in the line. It took 30 minutes to move through the line. They really need to either prioritize scheduling & having people available at 11am on a Sunday, or wait to make hot food if the line is backed up, because when we finally got up to the window, our drinks were melted & our sandwich was a brick. We always order my drink with “light ice extra oatmilk no cinnamon” on the sticker & it never fails that they give us extra ice, light oatmilk, & half the time extra cinnamon too. PS, edited to add that I worked at Starbucks in college for several years & did the whole Coffee Master training route, all of that, so I am aware of the standard of customer care Starbucks drills into us vs what this location does, which is essentially make the drink the opposite of what is ordered?
