This location is so disappointing. You are lucky if today is the day the coffee you order is actually drinkable, after paying for a quality product. I stop going then try again and get disappointed again. They are very slow which you would think would result in a better drink but not the case. They are very friendly for the most part. But if I wanted an inconsistent cup of coffee I would go to Dunkin and pay less on top of that. Even the fraps are liquid or chunky, it's not just a coffee drink.

So I haven’t had a Frappuccino in a long time and the one time I order not one but two for me and someone else they both taste like water. Did you change your recipe or? Never ordering one again if that’s the case. 14$ for frozen coffee flavored water. Sucks when you don’t have time to go back too.

Nice people, only reason I'm doing 3 stars is because I order shaken espresso's online and they continue to give me iced coffees. I can taste the difference. I visit various Starbucks throughout the week due to work traveling and venture out this way about 4-5 times in a month, this is the one thing I noticed differently. I would careless if the espresso's drinks cost the same as iced coffees, but they don't... For a reason and I've been short changed enough to equal a free drink by now.
Plus, the lobby always smells (usually like pee), I don't know if it's unbathed customers, old pipes or just because it's Albemarle. It's not something I'm going to doc a place because they usually can't control the location, but they can control how they make my drink.

The employees here are very rude, take phone calls rather than help their customers, and role their eyes when customers ask for something they ordered. Food and drinks were good but we waited for a very long time for them.

Genuinely tweaking over coffee at 5 am in the morning.
My experience is just drive thru for this location. I've always had a good experience here. I get coffee from them pretty often, and they are great with all our orders. I recommend the Iced Caramel Macchiato with Cinnamon Sweet Cream Cold Foam. My kids love Starbucks and think coming for a (caffeine free ?) coffee and a Cookies & Cream cake pop = Best Day Ever!
