This location is so disappointing. You are lucky if today is the day the coffee you order is actually drinkable, after paying for a quality product. I stop going then try again and get disappointed again. They are very slow which you would think would result in a better drink but not the case. They are very friendly for the most part. But if I wanted an inconsistent cup of coffee I would go to Dunkin and pay less on top of that. Even the fraps are liquid or chunky, it's not just a coffee drink.

So I haven’t had a Frappuccino in a long time and the one time I order not one but two for me and someone else they both taste like water. Did you change your recipe or? Never ordering one again if that’s the case. 14$ for frozen coffee flavored water. Sucks when you don’t have time to go back too.
