AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the single worst Subway location I have ever been to. Put in an online order today and went to pick it up. Got there after the quoted time, and still had to wait for 15 minutes to get my order. There was two customers in front of me
that were together and they got two sandwiches. This store did not have anything. I ordered a bottled drink, and when I went to the front there were no drinks in the fridge. I was then told the fountain drink machine was broken. So literally no drinks. That I had already paid for. The person working asked me if I wanted one of the drinks in the fridge as I left. The only thing in there were things of applesauce. They are out of everything. One type of bread available, no drinks of any kind, and they were out of a lot of meats. The people in front of me ordered a club, and the employee made them a club without one of the meats on it but still charged them the full price of the club. Reading other reviews, this is a pretty common thing this location likes to pull. Of course cannot get a hold of anyone to speak to about a refund for the things I paid for that they literally did not have. This location was closed for a while, and clearly it still needs to be. Get it together or get out and let a better business take your place.

I usually love this place, BUT today, today it was THE worst. I order online while on break. Both sandwiches were wrong. I specifically asked for no tomatoes. There were tomatoes. I asked for subway club. There was only turkey and ham. I asked for extra lettuce AND even put it in the comments. The dryest sandwich ever with ONLY Sriracha sauce. Even asked for oil n vinegar. Just dry and awful. Can't get ANYONE on the phone. So jus S.O. L. 1 very upset customer.

Very rude staff. As soon as we entered she mentioned that she takes only online and and we did that as well. Even when she didn’t had any order, she got us waited for 30 minutes and spoke very rudely upon asking that “It’s my choice” to not make it. Terrible service. Don’t recommend this place to eat at all. The other staff who came and left after having an argument with her!

I entered the restaurant today before work located in Albemarle 24/27. I was not greeted by the two employees there, one being a manager. It was one customer standing ahead of me being completely ignored by both staff members. Once asked if we could order we were rudely told that it would be a 10 to 15 min wait because they were busy fixing someone hours because they punched in wrong. I myself said that it was completely unprofessional to have us wait for that reason. The manager and cashier proceeded to yell. We were told if it’s a problem to contact corporate. I called them rude and i was told to leave the store because i wouldn’t be served. I was late for work. The staff on this day were horrible!!! i would not be returning to that store. And i hate the older lady in front of me had to experience that as well.

Wife goes into order one sandwich. Rude female finishes her sandwich then proceeds to make 5 FIVE more while she stands waiting to check out ! What's wrong with these people ? They proud of being rude and making people wait ? Should've ax'd her what the hell she's doing before walking out. Pathetic really.

We walked in at 9:02 pm and were told he can't take walk-ins after 9pm. Pick up only. They don't close until 10pm.

We went out to our car and ordered our subs online. We waited 25 minutes and went in when the app said they would be ready. We were missing a sub and I had to stand there and wait 15 minutes while he made the sub. It took nearly an hour to get 3 subs.

No matter you go in and order or order online it’s out the door witch would be fine if they didn’t tell you your order was ready for pickup when it’s not only ever has 1 person working no matter how long the line is and takes forever and ever on top of the rudeness shown in here in crazyyyy

I come to this subway and nothing on the door but the hours of when they are open. I go inside and the person says online orders only.

I remember enjoying eating here as a kid. Now it seems like the are never open when they say they are. I tried to call them to see if they are still in business but the phone said phone number no longer in service.
