Every time we come here there’s always an attitude at the window. We always feel rushed at a place that accommodates there customers. We shouldn’t feel rushed we shouldn’t be treated the way we treated at again a place that works for there customers.
Tried again today and got the same terrible attitude. Asked for sweet and sour and got the response “ this isn’t Zaxbys “ when all I was asking for was a sauce . Will not be trying again .

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced everytime I go there, it is known to us locals as one of the worst places to eat. I waited on a bigger bag for 30 minutes with no explanation or any kind of gestures for waiting that long. I won’t be going back.

I was looking forward to the Taco Salad! Come to found out you don't get the round tortilla chips anymore. You get a small bag of maybe 10 small Fritos pieces 😠 Not the same. Not toention this Wendy's in Albemarle, NC has pretty sad customer service.

They take one order, make that order, serve the one car then take the next car. Could not be slower if they tried. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went there at on 4-22-25 date at 4:50 the dude taking the order was walking back and forth walking slowly like he didn’t want to take the order and I had to tell him we are ready to order other employees on the phone sitting down and a couple of the employees was at there car sitting down walking back and forth inside the restaurant one employee was on the phone talking to someone on speaker phone we got our food went back up to get sauce and there was employees at the register talking and they tried to walk off and I had to yell at them can I get sauce I would give this place a 0 if it was an option bunch of lazy employees working there ghetto atmosphere there would not recommend going there

I pulled up to the speaker to order and after sitting there over 10 minutes no one took our order. I usually am not one to complain because I understand stuff happens but this Wendy's customer service has went down hill

All of our food was rang up completely wrong and then what we did get was molded. And this is after I have received the wrong change on multiple occasions intentionally. They ask if I can pay cash and when I do they say their machine is broken for a receipt and then give me a dollar back. The last time it happened it was over 7 dollars the girl didn't even argue when I went back. I wonder how much money I've lost just trusting the cashier wasn't a thief. I love Wendy's but this restaurant is absolutely disgusting!!

DO NOT EAT HERE! Not only is this restaurant an embarrassment to the Wendy’s chain it’s an embarrassment to our community. This location is without a doubt the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of enduring. This restaurant (if you can even call it that seeing as how the last THREE times I’ve visited I was unable to purchase any food) is completely incapable of providing anything that even resembles acceptable service. DO NOT EAT HERE. Anyone remotely associated with this location should be nothing but ashamed at the absolutely PATHETIC effort from the management and staff. I do not base this claim on a singular bad experience. This is a consistent problem that only seems to be getting worse. The only positive thing about this location is that it makes every other establishment look better by comparison because they are the absolute worst. DO NOT EAT HERE.
