Only issue I’ve ever had with this location is that the mobile app doesn’t work at the drive through? They said no one has come out to look or fix it. Then I ask for a receipt which they say that’s not working either? When is corporate going to send someone to help this location? I can’t use my app or use the receipt to add to my app?
Did a mobile order was told to wait. No problem I understand. I have a problem when my son makes a noise a was told to wait again with attitude. That's when I lost it. Never have I ever in severe talked to someone that way. She back track what she did then told me to leave. Never getting anything had to cancel his order. Maybe instead of getting an attitude in the beginning at other people for being short staffed adjusted the attitude

You need to retrain your employees that works at the drive thru. The one with 4 kids is very rude and needs to be fired.. I work for the public and she undoubtedly doesn’t know how to talk to the public. I will not be back at your Albemarle nc restaurant. Sorry sorry service😡😡

Literally left with the worst customer service experience EVER! It started with the Manager who had to take my order because the person who was suppose to be working the front was MIA. I received the cold shoulder attitude while asking if it was for Here or To Go (responded To Go and food was set on tray). I still said Thank You only to get no response and she just walked away. The Chili was unusually runny so I asked for a plastic bag as it was about to be put into a paper one once I repeated it was To Go. I did not want it to spill in my vehicle a d I got a glare for the inconvenience I guess. WOW! It seemed the whole crew was having a bad day or...just did not care how they were representing Wendy's. The community is Thankful for the location upgrade but all that doesn't matter if the folks working inside are lacking Customer Service Skills. Some training or firing should occur. Guess Richfield will get my business now.

I'd give it a zero but it wasn't an option, waited in drive-thru 5 minutes which is fine. Ordered to use my mobile app to only be told I needed to come inside, okay strike one, go park. go inside, placed part of my order and she walked away to get that part of my order and then asked me if I was going to use my mobile app to be told I can't use it! Well. Why not? You just told me I needed to come inside. It's down!!! with an attitude. I explained that I was just told to come inside and she called me out on my attitude told her to keep my food and left the building. I I will not return to this location. You need to screen your employees further and give proper training on customer service!!!!!!! And get the app working or do away with it?.

We were passing thru Albemarle Fri July 3 on our way to Myrtle Beach for the weekend. Let me tell you the young man at the front register was as polite as he could be! Did not catch his name though, wish I had. Then we interacted with the manager on duty, again the best attitude and personally. Took the time to talk to my 2 year old grand daughter and went and got her some books. Great experience!

Terrible service. Waited at the cash register for 15 minutes. Staff were short and rude. Don’t plan on coming back to this location. As of this post I cannot tell you if the food was good or not because I have yet to receive my order.

I brought a small bus from an assistant living facility. All I wanted was 7 mini frosty. This was about 10:45am. They told me they didn't serve until 11 am. (The door times read 6am-10am.) They also had people inside eating, and when I asked about them, I was told it was workers that were eating
