It's 1:50am and the store hours say 2am. I see cars outside but no one is answering the intercom. I see people inside as well. If you're not going to stay open until 2am just say so or hire people willing to work the full shift.

Honestly idk how this place is still open. Every time we go here it takes 30 minutes (at the quickest) from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. Employees are always on their phones, socializing or outside smoking instead of working and doing their job. Everyone deserves a break don’t get me wrong, but when there’s only 2 cars in the drive thru and nobody is in the lobby and it’s taking you 45 minutes to get through one Car there’s a huge problem. Honestly mainly an ownership/management problem since this has been an ongoing issue for at least a year. Almost everyone in town that I know hates this location and agrees that service is horrendous, management needs to realize this is a huge problem and your business is loosing out on a lot of money. I would rather drive an hour out to the one in Richfield

The workers that I had to encounter today have a horrible attitude & want to argue with you about things with the order being wrong. Would not recommend ever going to this Wendy’s. They are slow, plus the dining room is never open.

Drive thru: Fries overcooked and tasted fishy (perhaps bad/old oil)? Coke was bad as well. Customer service poor! Coke was weak and tasted bitter. Verified by my family as well. Went inside Wendy’s and brought both issues to the attention of the manager and she was upset and rude. She said Wendys doesn’t have fish and the Coke was fine and then gave me some cups and more fries. I tried the dining room coke and it was bitter. I returned to her and she told me that she drank coke all day long and that it was fine without ever checking. I asked the staff to please send someone out to the dining area to check the flavor and all refused. I then left Dr Pepper and posted this review before departing the lot. Turns out a customer also witnessed everything and shared her poor review to my wife while I was inside trying to get a fresh drink. Totally unsatisfactory management and staff response.

Arrived at 10:30 asking for the Cinnabon pull aparts, told me they couldn’t make anything because they were making food fresh for lunch. You would think they would have been able to make the Cinnabons since they were making food for lunch.

The food is decent but it takes forever to order food and they are always out of stuff. They've not had Coke or Dr. Pepper in 2 week...and did I mention they are SLOW! Just wanna make it clear THEY ARE
This Wendy’s isn’t worth a damn. Takes forever to get to order and can NEVER get orders right. The amount of money I waste at this place because they can’t get things right is ridiculous. Maybe one day I’ll learn my lesson and stop giving them chances!

THE WORST. Pulled up to order and all we got was a.... one moment......... and that was it. We waited and waited and waited. My husband said hello to get there attention and recieved a....... one moment......... nothing else. Like if you don't have enough workers to run the place then close.

We went and ate in the Dining room with visiting family. Sometimes service is slow here when they are short staffed but when Shakeeka and her crew are here it's great. She is always very nice to us and all of our food was fresh and very good!
