Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very salty chicken on a plate. The people are friendly. The food was quick but it was extremely salty. Not sure what's going on

We go to this location most of the time during lunch. The food is always fresh and the customer service is very well with minimum wait times for the food.

Albemarles zaxbys suck. Literally have messed my order up multiple times. If you cant do your job right then let someone else do it.

No chips, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never order from them again, esp large orders. Wish I could give 0 stare

I used to always go to chick fil a, I went to Zaxbys for a change in chicken and fell in love. First off my food is always fresh the chicken, fries, egg rolls, shrimp, whatever I get it's going to be hot and for that reason I keep going back

- 1 the … woman taking my order made it wrong. All I asked for was a drink and sandwich and clearly stated just the sandwich. But maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that not bad Zaxby’s, those fries were good. Sunday March 9, 11:45 am

I’ve never had a complaint with Zaxby’s before, but I just left there after ordering the Zensation salad with shrimp, and when I get back to my destination… It’s chicken. Suffice to say I’m very disappointed.

Zalads were very good.

The general manager here was extremely rude to us when we ate here only once. The staff barely speaks English and the prices are high for the quality of frozen food they serve.

I can not comment on service or facility inside the restaurant due to only utilizing the drive thru.
We stopped by the drive thru for a fast and quick family meal to take home. The service was great and fast, prices have definitely increased since we last visited. Once home all the food was correct and we had plenty of condiments/sauces for our meals. Everything was delicious and we will definitely stop by again.
Employees were very friendly and helpful.

The Philly Chicken was fresh and hot but bun separated and soggy.
My friends House salad nothing like offered.
No toast/no cucumber/no carrots. Usually not like this.

I have spent a lot of money at this location over the past 10 years. Me and my wife are regulars here.
01/03/2024 at 5:36pm my wife ordered an online order on the mobile app for the delivery method to be pickup in drive thru. She already had her ordered paid for and put in before she even got to the speaker. Someone instructed her to pull around to curbside that there were other orders before me.. that makes no sense. They can prepare my order like they do everyone else’s who orders at the drive thru speaker and have it ready!
She let that go, and she gets home to open the food and the salad has no ranch but straight honey mustard and the finger plate had teriyaki sauce. I called the manager because my wife just wasted money there. A lady answered the phone and agreed to a full refund. My wife checks her email and they only refunded $5. I call up there today and tell them that’s not going to work and they refunded $12.08. I called and spoke to a manager and said she didn’t know what happened that she will talk to the manager and call me back. I just want to know who runs this place? I know this can’t be Dulce running it because she would NEVER act like that.
I live in Norwood and I’m not ever going back.
