Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I tried their lemon pepper wings they were the worst Wings I've ever had greasy small dried up I wouldn't sell those to a dog

I picked up food for our supper here this evening, and had a great experience. John H took my order. He got everything right, and was super professional and nice. I was alone picking up supper for our 5 person family, so he offered me a drink tray for all of our drinks. I decided to run the drinks to the car and come back for the food, but before I could come back in, John H. Was out the door bringing my food to my car for me. This was so helpful, as it was a lot to carry on my own. Then as I was getting in my car, he came running back out to give me my forks and straws I had left on the counter inside. I really appreciate the extra effort he put in, and it is nice to see someone who enjoys their job with excellent customer service skills. I am Very happy with my experience at Zaxby's in Albemarle tonight.

Smaller serving than normal. The staff was not friendly or accommodating at all!!!! We actually observed very rude responses to other guests as well as ourselves. The staff preferred to talk among themselves over guests. I asked for water - I was charged $2.49 for a drink. Will not go back.

It food is trash

We go to this location most of the time during lunch. The food is always fresh and the customer service is very well with minimum wait times for the food.

Albemarles zaxbys suck. Literally have messed my order up multiple times. If you cant do your job right then let someone else do it.

No chips, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never order from them again, esp large orders. Wish I could give 0 stare

I used to always go to chick fil a, I went to Zaxbys for a change in chicken and fell in love. First off my food is always fresh the chicken, fries, egg rolls, shrimp, whatever I get it's going to be hot and for that reason I keep going back

- 1 the … woman taking my order made it wrong. All I asked for was a drink and sandwich and clearly stated just the sandwich. But maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that not bad Zaxby’s, those fries were good. Sunday March 9, 11:45 am

I’ve never had a complaint with Zaxby’s before, but I just left there after ordering the Zensation salad with shrimp, and when I get back to my destination… It’s chicken. Suffice to say I’m very disappointed.

Zalads were very good.

The general manager here was extremely rude to us when we ate here only once. The staff barely speaks English and the prices are high for the quality of frozen food they serve.

I can not comment on service or facility inside the restaurant due to only utilizing the drive thru.
We stopped by the drive thru for a fast and quick family meal to take home. The service was great and fast, prices have definitely increased since we last visited. Once home all the food was correct and we had plenty of condiments/sauces for our meals. Everything was delicious and we will definitely stop by again.
Employees were very friendly and helpful.
