I picked up food for our supper here this evening, and had a great experience. John H took my order. He got everything right, and was super professional and nice. I was alone picking up supper for our 5 person family, so he offered me a drink tray for all of our drinks. I decided to run the drinks to the car and come back for the food, but before I could come back in, John H. Was out the door bringing my food to my car for me. Smaller serving than normal. The staff was not friendly or accommodating at all!!!! We actually observed very rude responses to other guests as well as ourselves. The staff preferred to talk among themselves over guests. I asked for water - I was charged $2.49 for a drink. Will not go back.
I used to always go to chick fil a, I went to Zaxbys for a change in chicken and fell in love. First off my food is always fresh the chicken, fries, egg rolls, shrimp, whatever I get it's going to be hot and for that reason I keep going back
