I haven’t been to this location in a long time. I stopped yesterday and ordered what I thought was an easy order. Two biscuits with butter and jelly on the side. When I got to work and opened the bag there was no butter making for dry biscuits. Now I remember why I stopped going here.

I really like this biscuitville better than archdale NC food is good when hot love the strawberry muffins when fresh and hot grits not as good ask for cheese are strawberry jam also good in gray biscuits so good nice folks but can get loud tables not always clean food in seats but just clean it my self as I was at my place I do believe they should give you another of whatever are refunds that's anywhere everything is high to high God bless all

I love Biscuitville, but this location is terrible. This was my hashbrown...tasted like old oil. My biscuit was cold, and my tea was sour...such a letdown.

I usually enjoy Biscuitville, but this visit was rough. Our grits and butter spilled all over us and the bag in the drive-through, it was a complete mess. The strawberry muffin wasn’t even fully cooked, and overall, everything felt rushed and sloppy. Disappointed in the lack of care this time around.

Okay, okay, nothing to complain about, I had the biscuits in sausage gravy, not bad, may have to try it again and the prices is reasonable, maybe it is because I'm a truck driver paying high prices at truck stops😂😂😂 and starving all the time, because the rates are trash and inflation on top of it.

Only car in the drive-thru, I ordered 2 biscuits, was told one would take 6 minutes. Paid, was told to pull up and the sat there for almost 30 mins. Great food but that was ridiculous.

UPDATE * emailed like management asked.. been 2 weeks with no reply. How is your email response slower than your service?

I go here 5 days a week on my way to work, however last few times they forget the spoon for grits same as this morning, great people working there just check your bag before leaving or you will have grits and no spoon to eat them so again trash my grits but biscuit was ok

Updating my review.

Have been coming to this restaurant for many years. In the last year or so, every single time I visit, my order is missing items. This has happened both at the drive thru, and when ordering inside at the counter. Usually I catch it and fix it before I leave, but sometime I don't, and it's very frustrating to get to our destination and find items missing.

Food is good, but missing items frequently is a big problem. Today we were missing the hash browns and grits in our order.

Went here at 9:58 Saturday(11/3) morning, and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. There were two lanes, and those of us who had been in line for 20 minutes could not understand new cars coming and merging into our lane ahead of us at the window. Literally people who had just arrived were giving orders then merging in between cars. It was a hot mess. One biscuit was hot and one was cold. Never going here again. By the way, the two guys outside taking orders are the best! Their manners are outstanding. It's not their fault there are now two lanes in the drive thru, and you are not getting your food in order!!! Stick with one orderly line or call Chick-filet if you don't know how to do it.
