This is by far the worst bojangles I have ever experienced. I had a bad experience a long time ago where THEY forgot to put my biscuits in for a family meal. I called them and they told me I could get a replacement family meal. When I got there the manager told me he wasn't going to honor it because I didn't have my receipt even though the girl that took my order is the one who told me to come back. So I didn't go back for a long time. I've tried again and it is ridiculous. I order an 8 piece family meal and every time you have to wait 20-30 minutes for CHICKEN!!! AT A PLACE THAT SERVES PRETTY MUCH ONLY CHICKEN!!!! Ridiculous. I didn't even get my order from my mouth before the girl came on today and said that's gonna be a 20 minute wait. This place sucks. If it is franchised, you need to run your business better. I run a business and the way you do it is far from correct. If it's corporate owned, you need to put better people in charge.

It might just be archdale, but the service while good was very slow. Food is what you would expect from Bojangles. Got sandwiches and fries. Just a little slow

I am done with this bojangles! Over the last 12 weeks I have eaten atcthe restaurant 1-2 times each week. Breakfast and dinner. On multiple occasions I have had to wait, inside for 15-20 minutes to get my food. On 2 occasions they did not have any chicken prepared. Once at 6:45pm and the other time at 5:50pm. Two different times they had no biscuits cooled and 2 times they had no boberry biscuits. Last but not least I got home one time with the incorrect order. Also had to listen to an employee face time someone. They used vulgar language and were talking poorly about the staff . The only thing consistent about this place is that you will be disappointed one way or another!

Never come back to the Archdale NC bojangles. Placed my order for a 8 piece meal leg and thigh. They did not have any dark meat and had to pull up and they said it would be 15 min. 30 min later nobody. 10 cars ordered and left. Need new management at that store. I will never go back there again. Not to mention, unprofessional! 8/16/25

Drive thru out of dark meat Chicken. Had to wait 20 minutes. When chicken is your specialty, how do you allow that to happen? I think hiring adults might work better or hire someone who actually care’s about customer service.

Hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had — Archdale Bojangles should be ashamed of the food they’re serving. I waited 20 minutes for a tray of cold, dried-out garbage. The chicken was disgusting — soggy breading sliding off limp, cold meat that had clearly been sitting for hours. The macaroni was ice cold. The biscuit was a brick. Literally inedible. I couldn’t even give it to my 1.5-year-old because it was too hard for her to chew.
This wasn’t just a bad meal — it was a complete failure on every level. No pride, no effort, no basic care for food quality or customer experience. Bojangles is supposed to be known for hot, Southern comfort food. Instead, I got what looked and tasted like leftovers from the trash.
Save your money. Go anywhere else.

My visit was not good. The cashier was a nice elderly woman that clearly needed help and no one came to help her. The other workers played around. One young lady flicked fries that dropped back into the bins with the clean fries. Very unclean and unprofessional. I won't be returning.
