They had terrible service, I waited over 10 after I order & I was finally asked “what was my order” they hadn’t even made it, in the “10 minutes” I was standing there, I was forgot about.& there was multiple other people while I was waiting that was getting there order messed up & had to get fixed. Maybe it was just the crew they had on tonight I don’t know, hopefully they have better service usually.

If you get the 8pc chicken and 12pc supreme with 3xsides and 1/2ga tea you only get 2 dipping sauces. 2 dipping sauces for 12 supreme! I get 1 dipping sauce for 3 supreme dinner, should get atleast 3 sauces for 12 supremes.

This Bojangles location is a joke. Every single time I go, I have to wait forever for my order. It's like they're moving in slow motion back there. And the staff??? The food is decent when you finally get it, but the wait and the lazy attitude of the employees just aren't worth it. Seriously, go somewhere else if you want fast food that's actually fast. 🤦🏻♀️

I was driving and box truck so I called to see if the lobby was open. It was 9:08. The lady who answered said they were still open but we're about to close the lobby. I asked if it was open until 10 and she said yes. So just blatantly lied for no reason. Then when I came in everyone seemed so bothered by just simply having to do their job and take an order. The employees touch food with their bare hands on top of that. This was my first time at bojangles and likely will be my last.
