Avoid this place. Drive thru backed up, pure chaos in the store. Someone’s box of supremes fell and hit the floor as I was waiting. Placed order 40 min prior and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. Corporate needs to find out what’s going on.

this morning I ordered a pork chop biscuitadd American cheese and egg.medium bow rounds large teaa boberry biscuit did they asked me if I wanted so you know they can sell it.and I said sure..add extra icing on it...so the Burberry did they try to sell me which they did cuz you know they always ask you if you want that or a cookie or something to make that extra sale to make that extra money but they couldn't get the order right and barely put any ice in on his dry ass biscuit..and my pork chop biscuit wasn't even pork chopso you know it didn't get the egg and cheese that I asked for on it I ended up with a Cajun filet biscuit....I did get my sweet potato pie....you know I heard that they have been screwing orders up all morning and then I get mine screwed up...4 out of 5 restaurants fast food that I go to I get my order screwed up no matter which one I go toit might be Bojangles for a month it might be some other restaurant...you people want more moneyand when I say you people I mean you people that can't get a job anywhere else because I used to be one of you people and I used to work in fast food I used to work at Taco Bell I worked at those places but I applied myself..you're never going to come out tonight and if you can't master your craft..are you never going to get a better crafts until you master that one....you guys don't even have to take the orders no more AI is doing it for youand it won't be long your jobs are going to be replaced by robots.......so if I were you I'd get your craft together..start paying attention to detail...and for the manager that wanted me to take a picture because he didn't believe what I said here's your pictures....and when I come back up here tomorrow or maybe next week whenever it may be I'm going to bring these pictures and my receipt and I expect a discount on my breakfast...considering I paid for egg and cheese, extra icing, a pork chop and did not get.
It's Ashamed the Price food cost Now Days. But for Pete Sake at least Fill the Family Size Containers more than Half Full. Mac& Chez no flavor just a Ball of Chopped up Noodles in a Big Ball. Biscuits Rock Hard. And the New Ordering System at the drive thru absolutely ridiculous!! Then have to wait in Drive Thru 13 min to pay almost $30 for food not fit to eat. Just look at your Reviews do better or close!!

The electronic card read broke while I was trying to check out. Cashier blamed it on me. Then, after 15mins of waiting for them to sort out the situation, my fries were dried out.

worst service of any bojangles around and i love bojangles. it’s so sad when i order food and half the order is missing there’s no attention to detail. Makes me want to spend money somewhere else

This bojangles used to be pretty good but now it’s one of the worst. The employees do t care at all about anything and thats not me being a Karen they never give me everything I ordered. I walked in today to get me and my family lunch (because the ai drive-tru is terrible) and everyone was moving around like slugs the girl that took my order was nice but seemed half asleep. As I was waiting for my order I noticed all the people just moping around I waited pretty long for something that was already cooked and just need to be put in a box. I had to ask for my drinks when they gave me the order(not a huge deal). When we started eating we noticed they didn’t give us a biscuit in any box plus the chicken was obviously kinda old. Sad to see this location just turn to crap like that.

Very disappointed with the experience. The girl at the window / talking over the intercom was extremely rude, had a very bad attitude, and I will not be returning. I didn't hear what she said and asked to repeat because I didn't hear her and she started talking loudly and slowly with yet another attitude. Then I wanted to change something and she had an issue with that. Took my card and walked around with it and then handed me half my food, said have a good day, and walked away. Everyone was looking at me because I didn't drive off but took a few mins for her to come to the window (with an attitude) to see what was wrong, I said I didn't get half my food, she said "you didn't order that" then thought again, handed it to me.

Last week didn't have bacon, this week don't have cheese. I believe after the remodel they have went down hill real fast. Find better management!
