The Bojangles in Archdale is the best. My order is always right and I never have a problem. Everyone always seems to be in a good mood. I am a little partial to Wanda who usually works the drive thru during the week, she's pretty awesome.

I go here for the seasoned chicken, dirty rice, seasoned fries and bo-rounds. They have the best biscuits hands down. I'd give a 5 star if they would fix it fresh everytime.
Staff is very unprofessional and does not seem to care about the quality of food they serve. I will no longer visit this location. While it is the most convenient, it has the worst food and service.

Trash service, rude employees! I stopped coming to this place bc of it and going down the road! Everyone else should until they hire a team of people that actually carry themselves with some type of respect. I'll never come back to this place again! Rebuilt it just to make it the same trash rude atmosphere it's always been. And keep the druggie off the drive thru window!

The staff was rude because I asked for fresh fries bc they always give out stale fries. Then didn’t put the seasoning on the fries after I said Cajun fries 3x while my order was being taken. Then got an attitude about it. The current staff at this particular site do NOT have the proper skills for this simple job. Plain and simple.

I was the only customer in line I went inside to order, took the girl with red dreads over 10 minutes to even take my order, she kept walking back and forth and finally said I’ll be with you in a minute. I ordered a chicken biscuit, bo rounds a large drink and 2 Bo rounds. Went to the rest room and come out and still not ready, I waited over 20 minutes for my order. Absolutely ridiculous, She didn’t seem to care, didn’t apologize for my wait genuinely she didn’t care. Service was horrible.

Should not have to wait for over 25 mins just to order. We thought maybe the inside would be better/quicker since the drive thru line is backed to the street. This place needs corporate to come in and train on efficiency and have some speed. Also maybe hire more employees per shift. This is the worst Bojangles in the area and probably in the state.

After living on west coast and Hawaii fot last 20 years, one of the things I looked forward to was Bojangles after coming back home. Well DO NOT go to this one. Just left here...they aren't honoring deals that other stores are running, they were out of regular chicken sandwiches.Ok, so I accepted the Cajun one as a replacement..at greater cost...asked for cheese added. Pulled up. No greeting..just blurted the total out. Paid and received food...noticed three to four employees just standing around in back. Received food and pulled up to check my food. Sandwich didn't have cheese, checked receipt and was charged for it. Backed up and asked for it to be fixed. They pulled a piece of cheese out of refrigeration and threw onto sandwich and handed back. No warming up, no new sandwich. Then asked if they weren't going to warm it up and they said they don't do it there.Basically they didn't care. This is why Chic Fil A should always be the choice and will be moving forward. Poor customer service, lack of caring for customer request, no regard for quality.look at pics and how pitiful everything looks. Ridiculous, don't waste your time here.
