Third time in a row now having issues. This time missing my two doughnuts and the bagel was suppose to have cream cheese in it and only half the bagel had cream cheese on it it was so thin it was like eating a plain bagel. Very disheartening that this is how little they think of there customers to even get an order right.

I can honestly say, this is the worst place I have ever been to in my life!! $30 for nasty cold food. The bagels were like bricks and I got 5 cold hash rounds, took them back and the little girl got mad! Should have known not to come here, there is never more than 2 cars in the parking lot!!! NASTY and over priced!!!

I come here every morning and get a mocha iced latte or a caramel iced latte. The staff is always nice. The issue is the inconsistency of the drinks. Some days my drinks have 1 or 2 pumps of mocha or caramel when it’s 4 by default for a large. Yesterday I found a coffee bean in my latte lol some days they make it right but when I ask for extra pumps in case they don’t make it right sometimes it’s too much because the one girl there makes it right. Sometimes it tastes EXTREMELY burnt. they definitely need to fix this issue it’s extremely inconsistent and puts a damper on ur morning coffee. The food is good tho.

I went there this morning and generally it's been a good experience every time. I'm not sure what happened, but whoever was mixing the coffee this morning didn't do a very good job and the coffee tasted old and there's hardly any flavor in the coffee. Very disappointed because usually it's not an issue, the staff is also very nice. Hope yall are good.

Sweetest staff as I came through this afternoon to get something for myself and let them know my deaf dog was in the back seat. They gave Bolt a pup cup and he loved it. Loved my order, it was perfect! Great experience! Definitely coming back!

Food is ALWAYS cold no matter how dead they are and my fraps always have chunks of ice that are so thick they won’t even go through the straw. Used to be a good location but went down hill. Wouldn’t recommend
