Called after receiving order that the hashbrown i ordered was cold and burnt. The manager on the phone was giving a lot of excuses and then stated to go through uber app to dispute it. There is no excuse why you give someone burnt hashbrown and just expect them to deal with it. I do not care how the oven runs a little hot, you do not serve someone that poor quality of food. Please be mindful and provide excellent service even if they order it through Uber. I work and I live right down the road cannot run out to get it myself or I would. At the end of the day , should be providing excellent service.

This dunkin sucks. They never get my order right. I order a bacon egg and chz with cream cheese and wrong. I order a large brown sugar shaken and they don’t even fill it up all the way. If I’m playing almost 17 dollars for someone please get it right.
Another thing the manger in the morning is so rude. I asked for a straw she proceeded to roll her eyes and said turn around it in the bag, with a nasty look on her face. There was no straw in my bag I had to ask again.
This is my favorite dunkin to stop at- they are always so quick and friendly. Never forgets my fork ! I stop here almost every morning- employees attitudes always positive.

When this location first opened it was really good. I just went today and my coffee was made completely wrong, I ordered snackin bacon which was black and crispy and we got the wrong munchkins. The young girl working tried handing me 4 drinks with no drink carrier. Common sense would tell you someone needs a carrier for multiple drinks. The attitude of the staff here is horrible.
