I like ordering my Japanese food from hibachi Jr, I think they give a good amount of food. However it's a little bit expensive compared to other restaurants. It could be because of the quality of their food because don't get me wrong it's delicious. And their customer service is pretty good.

Ordered went to pick up and they told me we don’t have that. They took my name and number and gave me an order number waited 20 mins to get up to register to tell me they don’t have my order. I gave them my name and order number. Said no don’t have that and didn’t try to even make it right.

Went to hibachi express to celebrate our anniversary late. First off the lady taking the order had a snotty attitude, fine whatever maybe she isn't having a great day, I've been there. So I let that go. I ordered no onion in my plate, they wrote no onion on the box, so what do they do? Load it with onions. I call and make it known they messed up. Their response you ask? "What do you want me to do about it?" I spent decent money there and that's how I'm treated? Cool cool, I won't be back. ✌
