The new workers here are extremely LAZY. All I see is a bunch of employees sitting around either chatting up a conversation or on their phone, basically doing NOTHING. It took at least 10 minutes or less this time to receive my food today but any other time it takes 30 minutes.. besides that fact this is the first time EVER!! That I find a SMALL CLUMP OF HAIR in my chicken nuggets after I had eaten four and spit out one after realizing what I had seen.. I’m disgusted and from here on out I will be checking my food for hair and not just to see if they had packaged all of what I had paid for. This is extremely unacceptable including whoever is manager or boss there not controlling what there employees should be doing, when I walked in there I had to literally walk around an employee to get to the touchscreen menu and order and while I was ordering other workers were messing with a card board cut out where you stick your face in for pictures yelling and everything until I would assume manager told them to stop because I was not far at all from them, after being called out they walked away. People should be fired and face consequences for having no responsibility or proper work ethic.

I gave 4 stars for this McDonald's only because if a customer orders freshly cooked Chicken Nuggets than you would think that the fries that were ordered with the nuggets would be fresh and hot too. If they would have gotten the fries right I would have given 5 stars across the board. Overall, I will go back to this McDonald's again.

They are geared towards drive thru & food delivery service. Others may have good luck when it comes to using the order kiosk, but every time I try to use it, it does not recognize my input. I will give great marks to the young lady that did take my order at the register on Saturday, Nov 23. I was very frustrated at the machine to the point I beat it with my fist to give my answer. She handled my poor behavior well. She took my order and was very professional. Since I am local, I will be back but NOT using the order kiosk.

Ordered on mobile app and the drive thru was fast and accurate.
11/21 went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken sandwich deluxe. The girl asked for my code then said just go to the window. When I got there she said we only take 4 digit codes, and I said this is a survey code. I said that seems high and that one of the sandwiches was supposed to be free. She said the fish filet was promo. I said I didn't order one and that my son is in here and he is allergic to fish. All she kept saying was that I didn't pay for the fish sandwich. She could have just said I'm sorry, we can fix this. Some other girl walked over with a boy and said don't be getting no attitude. I said to my son that I think we should get a refund and leave. They had terrible attitudes; however, the manager refunded the cost of one chicken sandwich and was fast and courteous. (No fish filet was in the bag thank goodness). I asked the girl at the second window to tell the manager thank you for being so nice but that girl was not friendly at all either. What is happening to a lot of these young people that they don't know how to use good manners and they never smile or show consideration? They don't even say hello, thank you, or you're welcome. I can go to any Dario or Chik Filet and people are so friendly then I go to most McDonalds or Taco Bell and wonder who raised these kids. I work in customer service, and I think how I make the customer feel is very important. I never get an attitude, and I am not afraid to say I am sorry.

I have had issues recently with orders not being right such as large shakes being small and other things that will irritate anyone. I've called to express my issue and am greeted to hostility or Scorn. If you go just get basic menu items and looks before you leave
