Every time I come here my order is either never right or the service is horrible has anyone heard of customer service. I ordered nuggets and fries got all the way home to find out it wasn’t even my order there was 2 deluxe burgers, fries, and 6 piece nuggets. One of those nuggets looked like it was eaten when I opened the box this was underneath the other nuggets after I’d eaten some. I understand it’s just fast food but if I’m gonna pay money then it should be correct.

The Archdale McDonald’s: The lady at the counter inside taking orders is very rude. They charge for everything(including adding mayo to my fish sandwich. I scanned my code on my app (app said code processed/used) however after I ordered it had not applied my coupon and the manager stated she was not going to honor it. I left without ordering. I was taking my chances anyway. Because often times my food is wrong and the fries are always cold. This McDonald’s is terrible. There are other options close by.

After they messed my food up I came back went through the drive through the manager was vulgar and rude with me and my wife I sat in the drive through for 20 min and never got my correct food.

Very disappointed. I ask for tarter sauce on the side. Not only wasI charged 40 cents for the tarter when I get it home it had tarter on the sandwich.
Got my order right and it was still hot when I got home!

I'm here to change my review today because after making a visit, everything has went down hill fast! The women working the register almost all have a bad attitude and act like you're bothering them by giving them your order. I had to come back in after ordering my two daughters happy meal, one was missing the 4 peice nuggets and the other one looked like the hamburger was thrown together and all the food just dumped in the box, all the fries were cold and at the bottom of the box, not in the bag. My daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday and now after the way they seen their mother be treated they don't want to ever come back and I will be making a post on social media about how bad this place has gotten so my friends and family won't have to be treated as bad as we were. It wasn't busy at the time we visited so there is no excuse for what happened.
