When the machines are working it's good. We've gone in a few times and have left because the machines weren't making ice cream. When they work though, delicious. A tad pricey but in line with all the other trendy yogurt bars. Variety of toppings and fun atmosphere to hang and eat ice cream with kids. Tv with cartoons, blocks, chalkboard wall. Also, coupons available in the local town coupon books that come out each month.

The shop have changed since they are under new ownership recently! The shop seems very nice. I do miss whenever there were fruit toppings to put on your frozen yogurt. I also wish they had more sugar free/ no sugar added options. The no sugar added butter pecan was good, but It was the only low sugar option.

Dietary restrictions: They did have a low sugar option, but it was only butter pecan ice cream.

I loved the games, kids tables, and cartoons on the TV for guests with children, but unfortunately the staff wasn’t too friendly.

I used to love coming to Nattie’s. Tonight, however, will be the last time I go there. I would normally get a small cup of ice cream and the cup used to be completely filled. Tonight I ordered the same size but it was less than half filled, two tiny scoops. The cost was the same price- $4.50. When we asked about the serving size, we were told the store had been recently remodeled and now they are only serving half the amount of ice cream for the same price. Picture below for reference!! This was the amount of ice cream I received! Not a happy customer!!
