I walked in trying to place the order and the workers were all gathered in one corner talking I told them I want to place my order and they said they can’t take my order because the manager is not around which was crazy because I don’t know what does me place an order has to do with the manager, well I still waited and the manager came and I was placing my order and before I make the payment I say the other worker working on my pizza with No cloves on and asked the manager you y’all don’t work with cloves on he said no ma’am which was rude and nasty to me personally so I was like no thanks I don’t want it no more I walked out.

GM William McClain helped me with/an event that our church hosted on a Saturday night. I needed to count everyone once they arrived and call in my order of 12-30 pizzas! I had set an alarm on my phone so I wouldn’t forget to call the shift manager Chase Tate by 6:45pm. I was busy with my guests when my alarm went off, but thankfully Chase called me! We made the order of 20 pepperoni pizzas and I needed them delivered by 8:30pm. They were delivered beautifully! The delivery driver was helpful and our guests were very impressed with the pizzas! We are thankful for their professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness! We will order from them again! Thank you Archdale Papa John’s!

The pizza was delicious, but i put in a mobile curbside pickup order, and no one came out with my food. After 15 minutes, I went inside myself to get it. I'm not sure what happened there. 😕 at least the food was good! 😅

I HOPE and PRAY that nobody gets sick behind the way food and pizza boxes are handled. 🤢 I watched a delivery guy sneeze into his hands and continued completing orders. Once he did make his way to the sink after half washing his hands he wiped his nose with his bare hands then proceeded to dry his face first then wipe his hands and dispose of the paper towel. 🤢🤢🤢
Our go to pizza place . Decent prices just wish there was more gluten free options and sizes it's kinda small for the price .

Placed a call in order, informed them I was paying in cash, when I arrived 1 worker stated he couldn't check me out no authorization his manager was in restroom, she ( Maddie);came from the back pretending to dry her hands on her apron, Clearly they weren't washed judging by the flour still caked on her hands dry not wet, refused my cash payment that she didn't have change when she opened the drawer there was clearly the funds to give 60$ back in change, all the while she was on her phone, I stated im sorry this is all I have, I guess cancel the order, she smiled, okay, no problem, a smile like she didn't care smile. Not to mention the pj looking shorts she was wearing. The last time I have this location a chance save nasty atmosphere.
