First off you order from a call center when you call. And we ordered a thin crust pepperoni and picked up our order within 15 minutes of calling. It was so dry and you couldn’t even break the crust with your hands!! Had to have been pre made and reheated. Spend your money at another pizza restaurant.

Staff asked for a tip when I came in for a carry out pizza. I proceeded to tell them I didn’t have cash and they tell me it will come off my card. I was pressured into a tip. Basically like being harassed by the homeless for spare change. Do better

The only Pizza Hut I will eat at! This restaurant is always so clean and the employees are super kind. I stopped in there tonight and while I waited I was listening to the manager and her interactions with her employees, all I can say is so many managers should be taking notes from her!

I’ve gotten pizza from there twice and both times my pizza was undercooked.. The 2nd time I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Chris told him I wanted my pizza browned on the top and bottom. At pickup the pizza was browned at the top so I assumed it was browned at the bottom. Got home started to eat the pizza and it was gummy! Wasn’t cooked fully he just browned the top ! Food is too expensive to be dealing with whatever or however a person wants to serve me ! Totally disgusting and a waste of my hard hard earned money! Guess I’ll stick with N. Main or Greensboro by Edible Arrangement they are the best !

I made a bad review awhile back because I was upset with the customer service about an incident that happened around shift change on a delivery. I honestly don’t usually do reviews unless it’s horrible or great. My main problem was because they were under staffed so it sent me to a call center that hung up on me so I had to drive to the location. After that that have done more than necessary to make things right. The manager is an absolute professional and does her best to run the business that way and after many returns I can only say I’ve had one bad stop here and it was a fluke. My kid requests this place now over others for quality but more importantly personality. I wanted to make a review bc I said I would 4 times before and they’ve been great every time!
