Revising my rating of this location. They are chronically understaffed and often out of many many items on the menu. It is very common for them to be out of cold brew.
The staff seem like they are really trying but it's an uphill battle. I have to believe it's poor management.
I visited this location several times a week but likely won't be doing so any longer.

Super understaffed location, I waited over 30 minutes for an iced vanilla latte nothing extra added and I ended up walking out. They had 3 people working drive thru and only one making orders for inside

Unlike Simrin Agans, I absolutely love this location and appreciate the care the baristas put into every single drink. I've always believed that great things take time, and that's especially true for high-quality coffee. Unlike McDonalds, Starbucks takes time, I know that Some like Simrin are used to the low, low, LOW, prices and fast times at McDonalds, but to dine finely, you go to Starbucks. It's a joy to be able to slow down and wait patiently for a perfectly crafted drink. This is a place for those who appreciate quality over speed, not the... average... person.

Great atmosphere. I was there for a meeting and didn't buy anything but from what I saw the drinks looked great and the service was fast too. Great ambiance.

A regular menu coffee is always spot on but specialty or customized drinks are not always made the way you ask. I usually order with mocha drizzle and no whip and half the time you will get the whip and no mocha drizzle. Very convenient but definitely not a specialty coffee shop by any means. Staff is usually very kind though maybe a little slower than other shops. If you are a regular coffee drinker who uses the rewards and likes convenient locations and flavors it's your spot but if you are a coffee freak like myself who sometimes needs the strongest and most delicious coffee just to make it through the day it might be worth going out of your way to another shop.
I usually understand if you’re busy and it’s slow. But having 3 cars in front of me and taking 32 minutes for an iced coffee is actually insane. When I got to the front I understood why, they could care less. I used to work at Starbucks too and the person on taking orders let me sit at the window while he took 6 more orders…filling up their line…not even making eye contact before even letting me pay for my drink. I don’t think I’ve ever had employees at Starbucks this bad at their job before
