Most of the time the people are very friendly, the drinks are rarely made correct. At least this is has been my experience on occasion. Pink drink is suppose to have strawberries in it, if they are out of the berries please mention it to the customer, make sure the lids are always on tight and the drink is not overflowing all over the cup. Not everyone has paper towels to clean up your mess, it would be nice to not have drink all over your clothes headed to work, or all in your car. Alot can be done to make these things better and all of these areas are simple to do. Staff needs to be better at taking their time with peoples orders and pay better attention to the customers request, Remember the customers are the ones paying !

Took them 25 minutes to make me 4 drinks and a water. Worst Starbucks EVER!!!!!!!!!! No one was even ordering and the workers were completely distracted and just moving along with their days carrying on conversations with each other instead of doing what they’re paid to do: MAKE DRINKS! Never returning and neither should you!! If management is reading this it’s the staff that was working on Monday, October 21st at 7PM!

I have to give the best props to the ladies working at this location on the morning of September 17th, 2024. I can’t remember their names but I ordered 2 totes of coffee and a personal coffee ahead of time on the app knowing that it’s Starbucks busy season and that I’d have to wait. I gave myself plenty of time to get there and wait for the order to be ready but they were slammed as I expected. I got my personal order in a timely manner and I patiently waited for the totes. Because I had to wait so long for the coffee to brew and the crowd to die down, the barista gave me a couple of $4 off coupons for my next order and they were all so sweet and nice. I did not expect them to be so chipped during a rush like that but I just have to praise them for being so friendly and trying to help their customers have as great of a morning as possible! ? ??

Unfortunately this location is constantly understaffed. Every time it takes 20 minutes to get my one cup of coffee and the quality has not been impressive. No longer worth the wait or the price. Understaffing is a detriment to the staff and the customers. Shame on management and upper seniority staff. Go support a local artisan shop instead.

We forgot our wallet with our cash in it and so could not just get a lousy cake pop with coffee that I desperately needed after working two thirds on no sleep…. that is just going to get thrown away anyway mind you…. and the coffee is old and cold and nasty thanks for nothing that’s not how you get tips from me in the future We sat outside and we felt right at home there is garbage everywhere like the parking lot hasn’t been cleaned in a month old baby’s clothes all over the place it felt like we were at haunted daycare it gives good Halloween vibes

Brand new facility! It is beautiful with a lot of parking space. The drive-thru is easy to get through. The inside is clean and organized very efficiently! The staff are warm, welcoming and so friendly! This is my NEW FAVORITE STARBUCKS!! ?

This location has exceptional service!! I get mobile orders a few times ah week and never disappointed. Consistent, clean, with friendly staff!
