I have been to this location 2 times. I came to this location because it offers drive- thru service...that's a joke. The 1st time I came here I sat at the order box for 6 minutes and finally drove up to the window and was told by the ladies that they were busy (with no customers inside). Today I went there and once again had to drive up to the window. Today I was told that I needed to come inside to order...well that defeats the purpose of having a drive-thru. If they are not going to take your order at the drive up then put a sign on it that says not working or I don't want to work. Don't just leave a person their without saying anything.

Im gonna say, recently I've prefers jersey mikes but this subway was good, dude behind the counter was a bit mumbly, but food was delicious and what we need for the ride.

It bothered me and made me lose my appetite that the employee greeted a young lady ahead of me with "what do you want?" I could tell the young lady was taken aback but tried to continue asking for the buffalo chicken sandwich only to be told Subway no longer makes those. Good to know cuz the Buffalo chicken was the only reason I ever went to Subway so when I heard that I excited right behind the young lady without ordering anything either. I'll miss the Buffalo chicken subs very much but not the rude service. Bye Subway.

Really like going to this Subway since they're speedy and friendly. Went at a super busy time just recently, yet walked out fairly quick considering they were making to-go and walk-in orders. Would recommend this location.

I asked for the sub of the day and the two young ladies working had no idea what I was talking about! Not only that but there wasn’t any team effort at all, one of the young ladies took on baking bread and making me 3 subs all by herself. Thank you Breanna for your good work!

Last time going to this location. The service is non existent and then go to get a fountain drink and about 100 flies came out of the drink machine so I just threw the drink away and left. I would have told them but I don’t think they would have cared so I didn’t waste my time.

When I was here it seemed they were well staffed which led to good efficiency in the store. I ordered 2 footings, which were completed in no time. The two employees who helped me were nice and didn’t skimp on any ingredients. The restaurant was clean.

Placed online order for seven subs. Order goes through. Money is taking from the account I paid with. Wait until little ticker says it ready and go to pickup. They say they didn't get the order. I show them order the number give the name everything. She says sorry don't have it. I say okay I'm showing you your app says you got it so make it now. She states she can't because of inventory. But you can take my money? I said I'm showing you the processed order so now can you make it. She asks to see my bank account. I rudely leave (shame on me) but come back and willing offer to show bank account. They claim calling another store see if they got the order. App shows your store but sure. Wait 30 mins for you to then say waiting on store manager to call back. Phone finally rings, man that was hiding answers, and says yeah she's here, I don't know you can try and then tries to hand me a filthy receiver to a phone that was just against his head.This place is horribly ran. I'm sad to say that I can't support a company we've supported for years. And now having to launch fraud complaint for taking the money too.Beware and stay away.
