This location is always clean. The workers are always friendly and the order is always correct. We drive from another city to eat at this location. I recommend this location wholeheartedly.

Shift Manager at 4:00pm on Jan 9, 2026 had no control over her workers. They all were working the drive thru and ignoring lobby orders. Several orders were returned within the 14 min it took me to get my e check-in order. I got my order home and it was missing items as well. If I could rate this location a 0, I would!

Nacho Fries had no flavor and was cold, and my quesadilla was completely burnt on bottom. Had to go back inside because the quesadilla was so burnt, and was told it was just the grill. It was hard as a rock, couldn’t even bite into it.

Went inside and ordered. Girl came to register and took my order. She was very pleasant and all was good till I looked and saw a bigger black guy digging at his head like he had not washed it in months. He had gloves on and then proceeded to make food with the same gloves. Totally nasty. Although I had already paid for my food I threw it away and walked out. Come on Taco Bell please do better.

Placed a mobile order and came to get it around 9 pm, I ordered a Baja zero for my drink. I know a lot of people don’t drink zero sugar soda because they taste “flat”, but I drink them and have for the last 3 years. The soda had no taste, like the syrup was out. Made it a point to the lady at the window and while I appreciate that they went and made a different one from the dining room, when I told the woman that it was the same issue, she got a massive attitude towards me. It’s not flat because it’s zero sugar, I get that excuse all the time. She was incredibly rude and condescending the ENTIRE interaction. I could understand if we were holding up the line and being inconsiderate, but I don’t personally think my request was unreasonable as well as us being the ONLY car in the drive through. As someone who has worked in fast food, it’s not that hard. If you find yourself getting an attitude over someone just wanting what they paid for, maybe find a different job far away from customer service. I WILL NOT be visiting this store ever again.

We have used this store but over the last month or so the service has gone down hill fast…missing items for orders, card machine goes down, rude staff….the list goes on…point of the matter is for how much you pay for Taco Bell you would think they would at least try!

Whoever the red head manager at the archdale location is needs a class on service. The way she was talking to the workers was absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a crispy cantina chicken burrito and was given a soft taco with crispy chicken strips instead. Also ordered a bean burrito and was given a short tiny burrito that had only about two tbsp of beans in it.
