I had such a great experience at this Taco Bell! Kaitlyn took our order, and she was incredibly prompt and professional. She repeated everything back to us to make sure it was correct, and you could truly hear the smile in her voice over the speaker. Her positive attitude made the whole experience that much better. She kept saying “certainly,” which was such a nice touch—polite and reassuring! It’s not often you come across customer service this genuine and pleasant. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for making our visit so smooth and enjoyable!

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I ordered nacho fries and 2 chicken strips. They were the size of nuggets. One was so hard it wasnt even edible. The fries were cold and soggy. This place never fails to disappoint.

The drive thru forgot my cinnamon twist, no tomatoes on Mexican pizza, no tomatoes on Supreme taco. Had to reheat the fries. Will not go back to that location!

I just Ordered the $7 luxe box no chips tacos throwed together no box also ordered chicken chalupas and two soft tacos the quesadilla had nothing on it more cheese didnt even no it was chicken.. they had hardly anything in them also thrown in bag .. Wasn't even busy very disappointed
It's been a while since I left a review. But I and my wife's experience at this taco bell was horrible!!! Our food was dropped by the cashier. He said the bag broke and he had them make it over. But when we got our food home, it was clearly not made over. Cheese was coming through the bag from the pizza and the box had cheese and sauce all over it. My tacos tasted old and cold, over running with ingredients to the point they looked like slop. Quite frankly I'm scared to say what I feel really happens to my food. I am appalled and disgusted at how Taco Bell, as a whole has fallen. It once was a delight to get food from Taco Bell. Now it has become a scary thing. I hope these things don't happen to other customers but I don't know, we won't be back there.

This visit was great! Fast drive thru service and my food was actually accurate! Most Taco Bell locations are never accurate. Guy in the drive thru was really friendly! Way to go archdale!
Kiosk service only for inside orders, since when does the customer have to do the employees job. Tonight multiple customers walked out. That is completely crazy, you take orders thru the drive thru but expect sit down customers to do their own. What's next having us make our own food. This has to be the worst place and then you have employees arguing with the customers. The manager needs to rethink her choices. Very very poor.
