Terrible food. Order was not correct. My sons meal didn't have the sausage, my hashbrowns were cold and missing toppings my fathers were cold and were also not tripled. I will never go back. Paid way too much. Terribly cooked. 4-6-24 AM

One cook only. I’ve already left two other places this morning because they didn’t have enough staff. Get to this waffle house and I wait 25 minutes before walking out and paying for just a waffle and a cup of coffee. I think North Carolina is turning into a welfare state at a very fast pace. Very sad.

I have been in this waffle house several times each time we could not get waited on. Today we came in the cook greeted us but the waitress refused to come wait on us. After 15 minutes sitting down and not even being acknowledged by her (I assume because we are white) me my son and my husband left...Service at this waffle house is terrible I will, not be back. I am also following up with the Better Business Bureau. Im tired of being treated like this its everytime a minority waits on us. We drove about 10 miles to a Waffle House in Highpoint were greeted and waited on immediately by the server who was white. He was not rude he acknowledged us and we left him a 12 dollar tip for good service.

This team did an amazing job working together to take care of the guests! This was a packed house with standing room only and they helped each other to get it done! Grill operators were serving up plates and getting refills!

Never got what I ordered. They're always forgetting something in the to go order. Then they get upset when I don't tip them? They've got it posted there at the register that they are adding a 20% fee on top of the bill for to go orders....that's their tip!
