What has happened to Archdale Wendy's?! Bad service. Bad food. Fries were old and stale. Burgers were a mess...like someone purposely made them haphazardly. We won't be back and don't recommend this place. Worst Wendy's we've ever eaten at?

Don't go there you won't get no food I got all the way back in the country they left off 2 hamburgers I want my 12 dollars back I will not eat there again people get cheated.burgers was very cold and nasty end piece of tomatoes wilted looked like lettuce rubber pickle would like full refund ,4, Dave's singles .

(This interaction took an hour of our time and their time this was 2hrs before they close this is from memory but there wasn’t an argument or anything just very unpleasant situation)
I pulled up to the drive thru only to have no-one answer the intercom this has happened multiple times before so I was expecting it tbh, but I had already made the mobile order so after waiting seven minutes I pulled up to the window only to have them with their back turned to the window already cleaning the frosty machines which I get I’ve worked at a Wendy’s, so I went back around and on the intercom (still haven’t answered yet) hey I placed my order on a mobile order I noticed you were cleaning your machines the mobile order won’t let me cancel are you able to cancel the order for me? (They pick up) them: welcome to Wendy’s how can I help you?
Me: *repeating what I first said*
Manager: can you pull up to the first window
*I pull up*
Manager: we won’t be able to cancel it you’d have to do it from the app and the frosty was too liquidy I can’t serve you that or I’d loose my job (never offers substitute or refund)
Me: it’s not letting me cancel it gives me an error
Manager: the only order we have is from (insert random two initials) and tells me their order
Me: that’s not what I had
Manager: pull up and we’ll look for it
I pull up only to see cooks sitting in the lobby I see manager walk up to them and talk to them and they just stand there before coming back out to me (when I worked at Wendy’s we were not allowed to sit in lobby unless we clocked out temporarily)
Manager: have you tried calling the DoorDash number?
Me: I did they said they were closed, well I didn’t call the DoorDash one but I didn’t have a DoorDash I just had a mobile order
Manager: well someone picked up your order 2-3 hrs ago
Me: we only placed a mobile order like 30 minutes ago? So I’m a little confused on how it was picked up 2-3hrs ago
Manager: *shrugs and then goes to go back inside after asking me to call the DoorDash people

*I call doordash*
doordash Wendy support: I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that we unfortunately can’t help you since it’s just a mobile order you’ll have to call the store
Me: okay thanks so much

*manager come back out to hand food to the people she parked in the mobile order spot*

Manager: still haven’t found your order yet

*hands food to the people goes back to go inside*

Me: is there anyway that I can tell you my order?

Manager: yeah that would help

Me: I start telling them-

Manager: can you just pull back around to the window

Me:sure
*pulls back around starts telling her order
Manager: *shouting back order to cooks* can you pull back up for us

*we wait longer*

Manager: we’ve got some more bad news potatoes are hard

Me: can we substitute them please or get a refund for the potatoes please? (We were already losing out on 6$ because of the frostys)

Manager: what would you want to substitute them with?

Me: could we do fries cause I think that’s the same price ish and the easiest thing to substitute it with but with everything we put on the potatoes on the fries please?

Manager: it’ll be messy cause our containers or small

Me: that’s okay (read images for 3 more parts complaint was too long)

Not having change at 12 noon on a Monday is irresponsibleand bad business, not my problem and sounds like a bad business model. Will not eat at this Wendy's again. Do better, obviously a manager issue with failure to plan accordingly. How do you run a customer service oriented restaurant without money and just expect every customer to use a card or give up their change because of you inability to manage your store.

When there and waited almost 25 min in line at the drive thur with one other car in front of me got sum of my food so had to go in to get my food right ok only missing my ff been a cook and know it don't take ten mins for them go in inside and find out four ppl was missing food or had the wrong food as I waited with others to get our food I had to deal with the most rude group one throwing food on counter what was still the wrong food and a manager who needs to learn to talk and handle his job to keep it going not to freak out and runway I am contacting a different person tomorrow and not one who normally says anything but I would have been better to just get my money back and when elsewhere

I don’t eat here personally but I’m a DoorDasher and they are very rude to us every night make us wait unearthly times for small orders and sometimes even refuse to acknowledge our existence if it’s late enough at night

They never answer for breakfast, wait five minutes and just left because no one answered. And I know people are there because they were outside in their vehicles, plus the speaker was put for asking the question rather than saying they are closed. So I know they just didn't want to answer. You have a job for a reason.
