Always have to wait 5 min (or what feels like 5 min) to order at the drive through, No matter how many other customers are, or more to the point, are NOT there. The staff is super nice and food is great. I think they are just a bit disorganized. I guess they don't have the most dependable demographic which serves as their labor pool.... woke youth. Yikes!

My Daughter and I went on the inside to order food tonight. The manager was sitting in the dining room acting like we were invisible. No workers was in sight to take our order. The kitchen looked a sloppy mess from viewing from the counter in which we stood there with no service about 5 minutes. I found out from two people after we walked out of there after not being serviced that they have terrible service and nasty attitudes. We will definitely not be going back there.

Waited at drive thru for 15 minutes after management told me they could only except cash which is fine,had 2 other employees did the same thing and asked me to wait, then came back when I questioned why it is taking so long,the answer was we are short handed,I can see why you are short handed with all the bad COMMUNICATION, terrible manager on duty on November the 2nd, she needs to be fired,maybe then you can get some appropriate employees. Finally just drove off,also no one was in drive thru but me..TERRIBLE

10pm on a wednesday night, the drive thru was almost empty and we put in an online order. only had to wait a little bit but well worth it, i wasnt expecting to get the best food i ever had from a wendys as we were just making a stop in our roadtrip. we got a dave’s double and a spicy chicken sandwich, both were delicious and the fries were warm but not fresh or stale.

If you are a customer, you're a headache.

Walked in today mid afternoon. Nobody in line. 3 workers looked up, and didn't budge. After a while another customer came up behind me and called to get their attention. After a huff and a puff, one said, "Whatta ya want?" Huffed and trudged off.

If you are a customer, your nothing but a bother.
