I've tried the new chicken finger tacos twice now and they are delicious. Lots of sauces to choose from and you can go with pico de gallo, bacon, etc. and they are only $3 each. The problem is the tiny chicken tenders are only half the size of the taco ... which isn't that big to begin with. So 2 tacos really only equals one. They need to put 2 tenders, or normal size tenders to fill up the tortilla. Picture attached. I want to order again, but I don't think I will due to this issue.

Zaxbys is what I'd call mediocre.
They're food is just okay but the prices are crazy.
A 6 tender combo with a large sweet tea was about $16, next time I will fry chicken tenders at home if the only option is Zaxbys.

I immediately placed my order in an insulated food bag for the 4 mile trip home. The fries were over done to the point the inside was dry and almost hollow. The butter/oil on the bread tasted rancid and the bread was cold & floppy, nothing like toast. The "dressing" in the slaw was spoiled. Cheese bites were mostly all just breading, no cheese inside. The ones that had cheese the cheese was like rubber because they were cold. A Zax sauce was open and spilled all over other items in the condiment bag.

I really enjoyed this Zaxbys. I loved the Kay out & decor. Bathroom and entire facility was clean. Customer service was spot on. Didn't wait long to get food.

Vegetarian options: Many different salads available

Parking: Easy to park, no issues

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible to get into building and move about inside.

Not a great kids menu and the lack of kids friendly drinks is sad. And if you did want a pop more than half were out of syrup so you had very few options .

Im confused as in to why we were given hot soda with no ice last night LOL. That has never happened to me anywhere

Staff was fantastic!!! Welcomed and very detailed and friendly!!! Great job and great food!!!!

The old saggy white lady that was in the drive thru window at 12:20 pm 4/30/24 was very rude & i believe she was racist. I asked her for a fork, she said very rudely “it’s in the bag”, i drive all the way back to work just to see no fork so i have to drive all the way back to get my fork and she still has a nasty attitude. also didn’t have any ranch with my order and the food wasn’t fresh. if you don’t want to work around people, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT JOB!

The drink machine was out but you didn't know it until you walked over to get your drink. The staff should have offered drinks when ordered.Had the shrimp dish(new) not sure if it was the shrimp or sauce but got real nauseous afterwards.
