Love Zaxby's and the service is great. Dined in and some corny music that sticks in your head with a 80s neon light vibe (bye bye billy). Felt like I was a kid again, but my son was laughing.

The food was fresh and hot, but it was WAY too salty. I know that Zaxby’s has salty food but it was like an insane amount of saltiness. Like they dumped a ton on the food. The service was okay, the servers seemed much more friendly to other customers and were looking at me though I’m not sure why?

Very pleasant young lady at counter. Our good was good and the restaurant had a relaxed feel with booths separated by tall walls.

Where do i begin this location is close to my home. Each time I go I have to say hot food please cause if you don’t they serve cold food. A few times I had to send food back for being cold. Every time I go you always see a customer complaining. So I keep giving them a chance to prove them selves. Wednesday June 11 is last day I tolerate them. They need to train/talk to the workers about hospitality and how to have a pleasant attitude. Maybe let Chick-fl-a staff train them. I sent my daughter in the inside to get 3 wings and things and a Big Zax snack!! Man chicken strips look like chicken nuggets and all fires was cold 🙄 my tradition wings was so dry and old we couldn’t even eat!! Wings had been cooked days ago , not fresh at all. The money I spent on my Order was well over 40 dollars just to get unfit food to eat. No point of even going back due to nasty attitudes. Took my lose WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN !! To many new restaurants coming in our city to keep dealing with this. Slim chicken is definitely a better choice.

I ordered wings and things and ask for mild wings I got dry plain wings and then the customer service is terrible,rude,attitude,can’t get the order right at al.I will never come back at all

I travel for a living so I eat out every night and this is the second visit to this Zaxby's location. Bella R is absolutely the best! The way she explained the menu and patiently waited while I made up my mind was truly professional. I hope Zaxby's management knows how valuable an employee like Bella is. Thank you Bella R. You are a credit to your profession and I know you have an amazing future ahead of you.

I will never eat here again. I got the bacon ranch quesadilla and received the worst food poisoning in my life.

Update: went to the doctor because I wasn't getting better. I got salmonella poisoning from this place. I will never eat Zaxbys again.

Terrible service. It's always terrible service. Kids always on there personal phone in the drive thru and the front counter. If you put your phone down and actually do customer service then maybe focus on what the customers are ordering. You only have one job and this kid can't even put there phone down to her job.

I get the same thing I always order. The Zabys in High Point off North Main St is way better and the employees not on there personal phones or texting or on the phone while taking orders and they know how to take orders. If anyone does goes to Archdale Zabys you will see right off 1st hand what I'm talking about. Great Job High Point!!!

The staff is so friendly

Yall really brought back my faith in zaxbys. The last few locations that I've tried while on vacation were disappointing. But I was hungry and wanted to give this chain restaurant one more try. And now I don't ever want to visit any other location but this one! Freshest chicken ever! The fries were perfectly seasoned. Bravo! Thanks for the great service and food.

I decided to go inside to order my food instead of using the drive-thru because the line was a bit long. When I got inside, no one acknowledged me right away, and I was told to hold on, but it seemed like they forgot. (Every fast food place focuses on drive thur and have to keep times down so I understand. It wasn’t personal. They were busy) Thankfully, Manny, the cook in the back, noticed and reminded the team that I was waiting. He went above and beyond, not only helping me get my order but also stepping in to bag food for others when things got busy. Manny is a true team player—shout out to him! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The store was also very clean. Great experience overall, thanks to Manny’s effort!

10 dollars for food so cold that the cheese wasnt even melted. The fries are extremely stale over priced for bad quality. I have had nothing but issues with this location with both the quality of service and food. This was the last time I will be spending my hard earned money at this location. Even if it that means I have to drive 20 mins to go to another store I will.
