The drink machine was out but you didn't know it until you walked over to get your drink. The staff should have offered drinks when ordered.Had the shrimp dish(new) not sure if it was the shrimp or sauce but got real nauseous afterwards.

The floor is greasy and slick. Fries were warm. Cold cheese. I asked for lettuce and tomato. The 2 tomatoes the size of a quarter.

We had a wait at the drive thru because they shut down early (9:25pm) and had to get everythingup and running. The Chicken Fingerz were fresh and hott, and the Fries were warm and scarce. We waited out front as instructed with no one ahead or behind us.The staff were horse playing and having a good time (check cameras). Although the lobby was closed, there was a large group of teenagers hanging out in it; they were not dining but they were having a good time running around (check cameras).This Zaxbys has a lot of potential, but sadly, it will not live up to it. The younger generation will have sales down, and it will eventually close down.The stars are low because of the experience. The prices do not match the service....

Tried to use mobile app so I could use coupon, wouldn’t work. So went to the store ordered 3 wings and things, the fry’s were cold soggy and old, the diet Dr Pepper was just carbonated water, the chicken fingers were tiny and cold, the wings weren’t cooked, and the Texas toast was not toasted! Almost $40 and not one thing was good. High prices low quality.

Placed my order in the drive thru after i tasted how cold the fries were i asked for fresh ones. They dropped fries from the same cold batch they had back in the grease and then added more salt. Fries are over cooked and too salty. I felt that they brought me the fries a bit to fast. When i got home I saw exactly what they did. The price of food is too high to be giving old food. And why does management believe this is ok? I’m saying manager because the young girl at the window told me she had to ask her manger. But the chicken Philly was good. The picture shows the cold fries in the front and the over cooked over salted fries in the back.
We stopped in for supper, and the food was super. The staff did their jobs well, but we had to return several times for missing items. Loved the rustic wood decor.

I had ordered a meal size order of mozzarella bites and when I got home with my order there was only a snack size order amd was charged for meal size. The guy at the front kept disappearing and wouldn't take people's orders, they are very slack at this location, next time I will go somewhere
