Y'all ran out of roast beef 3 days in a row now... That's pretty much all you sell

So today is the second time in two weeks I’ve come to this location to get a few roast beef sandwiches. Both last week and this week I’ve been told they have run out of roast beef. Both times there is no traffic or wait. The fact that they can’t seem to keep prepared is concerning. Not sure what the issue is to have this happen twice in two weeks but the owner of this franchise needs to look into it. I wouldn’t have wrote a review but this happening twice is crazy. It’s 7:30pm. I believe it was around that same time last week. Store number I’m photo.

My server today was Moses and today’s time you don’t really find good service anymore, but this kid went above and beyond was super friendly and gave me exceptional service today. I know these things probably don’t matter, but I hope this kid. Gets all the positivity in life!

I ordered through door dash. Get there and pick up my oder to find items missing!!! Also, had to replace one sandwich because they were out of HAMBURGER!!! Fries were COLD, not even room temperature, but COLD!!!

Usually dine in . The Reuben is a good sandwich. In general all of the food is good. The dining area is clean. It's family oriented.
Got take out. Food was fresh. Customer service was friendly and fast.

The people that were working on the night shift looked like they didn't want to be there. I put in an online order and they messed it all up. I order a ruben sandwich with larger fries and rootbeer, crispy chicken no tomatoes large fries and a dr. Pepper, and a classic beef and cheddar. And received, did not get a Ruben they replaced it with a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and received 2 crispy chickens both with tomatoes. Fries are cold and stale.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, looked back and it was cooked in the fryer, was not bad or good, all tables were dirty, and drink machine did not turn off after filling my cup, probably ran 15 to 30 seconds after letting off the handle, informed 2 staff members, did not seem to care that they were saleing one drink and 10 were going down the drain.i ate my grease burger and left, did not take long to remember why me or my family don’t go there. Please do better
