Zero Stars if possible. Went to this location Friday January the 9th at 5:00 p.m. I was told that they were completely out of roast beef. How do you have a company like Arby's whose main thing on the menu almost every sandwich has some sort of roast beef on it and you're out.

So today is the second time in two weeks I’ve come to this location to get a few roast beef sandwiches. Both last week and this week I’ve been told they have run out of roast beef. Both times there is no traffic or wait. The fact that they can’t seem to keep prepared is concerning. Not sure what the issue is to have this happen twice in two weeks but the owner of this franchise needs to look into it. I wouldn’t have wrote a review but this happening twice is crazy. It’s 7:30pm. I believe it was around that same time last week. Store number I’m photo.

Always understaffed (slow). My soda is always flat. I once witnessed the drive through at a stand-still for 15 minutes before I went somewhere else.
My server today was Moses and today’s time you don’t really find good service anymore, but this kid went above and beyond was super friendly and gave me exceptional service today. I know these things probably don’t matter, but I hope this kid. Gets all the positivity in life!

I ordered through door dash. Get there and pick up my oder to find items missing!!! Also, had to replace one sandwich because they were out of HAMBURGER!!! Fries were COLD, not even room temperature, but COLD!!!
