My daughter and I eat lunch quite a few times and every time we have ate there we get great service and amazing sandwiches,soups,salads and the variety of desserts are to die for! There is a welcoming environment and most staff are younger but they are always kind and friendly,help with anything you need without the attitude you get at other places!
I love this place and recommend it and hope they are around for many years to come!

I had the Cuban sandwich and it was delicious!! I also had their Chicken Gnocchi soup which was spectacular! Very unique sandwiches with friendly staff and comfortable, casual atmosphere. I would stop by again if I happen to be traveling through again!

This place was recommended by someone else I had the gnochi soup which was very good and the Cuban sandwich which was good they use pizza dough bread instead of hamburger buns or regular bread and the price was fairly reasonable

Well!!! Overhyped would be my description. We had lunch here during the Asheboro Fall Festival. We ordered two whole sandwiches. For the Birds and The Smitty. One was ordered on Califlower, the other on White. Both were to be toasted crispy. The first time we received our order, the order was made incorrect with the breads switched. The second time, we got our order after sending the first order back. The lady that made my wife's sandwich actually told us she had lost part of it. The first order came with four pieces, the second time it came with three. What do you say when told something like that? Only one was toasted extra. I also ordered a side of bacon ranch pasta. It was like having pieces of pasta glued together with a very thick paste. I didn't taste or see any bacon. I really wanted this to be great. It just wasn't.

1st time visit the evening of 10/3 after it was recommended to us and we will def go back. We enjoyed the quaint look and feel, the cleanliness, superb customer service and getting away from a chain for a change. The Italian sandwich, baked beans and chicken gnocchi soup were our faves. We chose 2 combos consisting of a half sandwich, side and beverage which totaled $24 and it was plenty of food. Give them a try!

Blake’s is a new sandwich shop in downtown asheboro and has quickly become a regular lunch spot for my wife and I. Sandwiches are amazing and the soups (specifically the chicken and gnocchi) are incredible. Full of flavor and they don’t skimp on the portions. The Reuben is my favorite in asheboro!

WOW, what an AWESOME place! And delicious foods! They have been open for a while now, and I'm just now trying it out, and it was worth the wait! I got the Reuben, which was super fantastic btw, and the staff was very courteous and professional! The guy who made my sandwich was a great guy, and accommodating to my request for a bag bc I live downtown and simply walked there, he is a real asset to this establishment! Will absolutely be a return customer, my sandwich was freshly made, hot, and delicious! Highly recommend!
