I arrived at 10:30 pm and says they close at 11 pm . See the staff inside talking apparently they were closed
terrible AI drive thru. took 10 minutes to take my order and it didn’t go through when I pulled up to the window. didn’t have any sweet tea available. they did not give me any biscuits with my 3 orders of supremes or my dirty rice either. after going inside and ordering. fries were also cold. going zaxbys next time

Passed through traveling, The place seems to be doing much better then my last visit, the food was fresh and the manager was nice & busy cleaning.

I went to the drive-thru this morning to get that Carolina bowl round here in Asheboro and they don't even know what. Is it the employees at this Bojangles? They don't know what they're selling and plus the AI. It's not really helpful in the mornings or anytime

Just don't go there. Everything was wrong even after 3 retries. Update- just tried eating what they gave me- ALL undercooked.... Now my stomach hurts and I wasted money.

Has upper management even in that their restaurants lately. Hardee's used to be considered bottom of the barrel. I think you are about to take that position
The new drive through thing is absolutely bonkers. Didn’t get the order right whatsoever. When we pulled to the window we asked for them to repeat the order, and they had an issue with us fixing the order at the window. They still got our order wrong at the second window, and were extremely disrespectful towards us for trying to get what we ordered.

Absolutely hate dealing with this location on the weekends. Always telling you to park and NEVER brings your food out. The Bo-rounds are soaked in grease from sitting out and refried. The biscuits are hard as a rock most of the time. This place needs better weekend management for sure.

Terrible service. Ordered in the drive thru, my husband got to the second window and they told him we needed to wait 15 minutes for his chicken. While we were waiting two other people also told to wait went in to grab the food they said they had been waiting half an hour for. Someone’s order was completely messed up.
It’s now been half an hour of my husband waiting on his food, and he just went inside yet still doesn’t have it. Both the staff members were terribly rude as well. Terrible first experience and im not normally one to leave a review or complain.

People of Asheboro! This is by far hands down the worst ran, managed, and inventory based Bojangles I've ever experienced. I went to this location six times. 6. Just to see if it was coincidence or time of the day or week. They have yet to ever have the correct amount of chicken with an order. It's either they don't have dark meat they don't have white meat they don't have legs they're out of thighs. It's always something. The worst part about it is they don't tell you till after you order and ask you to park your car waiting on your order. Now I know I'm the dumb dumb for sitting there waiting and not asking for a refund but I wanted to give them a chance. Bottom line if you're a Bojangles fan and you're looking to get a meal for your family I would try to find a different location. This place just can't get it together

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Paid over $15 for my food and my drink was warm and had no ice. I asked for a receipt, but he said he was out of receipt paper and couldn’t give me one They got my order wrong. The slaw tasted old and the chicken was way overcooked. I might as well just thrown $15 out the window.
