I agree this place needs better management. I found a long hair in my biscuit today, I dont think they use hairnets and now question whether they even use gloves. Last week I ordered a chicken club sándwich and didn't realize until I got home they didn't put any cheese on it.

This location on Fayetteville St., in Asheboro needs new management Small overcooked chicken when they have chicken. Twice I went and they needed to cook chicken. Can't depend on friendly service. I was reluctant to go to this location again but I was on that side of town. Old fries, small over cooked chicken, didn't have what I asked for. Staff not friendly

The manager was yelling at everyone. Staffs nerves were all to pieces. People at the drive-through were cussing out the staff. At least 10-15 orders in the question and it took 20-30 minutes to get our food straight dinning in.

If you want chicken tenders, better go to Hardee's. You will be getting twice as much for the same amount of money. Also, chicken tenders from Hardee's are bigger.

This location has a kind and courteous staff, and the food is always fresh. The drive-thru gets hit pretty hard at this location so their workforce is pushed more in that direction. However, they never seem "to busy" or upset when taking care of their customers.
THEY REMOVED THEY'RE RANCH! So, usually I go to Bojangles and my order always has ranch. But this time, I realized that the cup was all plastic, even the cap, and, the ranch tasted different. Fix this!

Not a fan of this location. I’ve tried it a few times thinking maybe next time I’ll get better food, but I’m disappointed. The fried chicken seems to sit for a while or they make very large batches and they sit before they go out customers. Their biscuits were also not good and also seemed to have been sitting for a while before they were served. I’ve been to other locations where I’ve gotten hot freshly made chicken, fries, and biscuits. P

It’s pretty bad when you go for fast food and have to wait 10 minutes along with everyone else in the drive through. Like does this place even have any food?! I’ll never eat here again after multiple bad experiences!

Ate here around 2 pm today. Everything was on point. Friendly staff. Clean. Ran how it should be. Give the whole crew a raise. They deserve it
