The food was okay, but we waited for over 30 minutes for our food and instead of the staff being apologetic they were HATEFUL. The girl working the drive through literally shoved our food at us and said “here you go” and we almost dropped the entire bag of food because it was just tossed to us. I will absolutely never return simply because of the service.

I placed a mobile order before leaving work and still had to wait almost 20 minutes for an individual dinner. Several cars passed through the drive thru during that time. The excuse was waiting on fresh chicken—- it’s rush hour and they do this quite often. Obviously no one is tracking the amount of chicken that is being sold during these peek times. This site used to be my family’s go to after church but we’ve decided to choose somewhere else.

Waited 40 minutes for food and it wasn't busy. Cashier was too busy visiting with her toddler son to get orders ready. I left lobby and used the drive-thru and got my food immediately. Husband was in the lobby even after I finished my meal. Cashier wasn't professional and I'd never visit this store again

So went to Bojangles this morning. Went through the drive-thru. As I pulled up it clearly mechanical voice asked if I wanted to try the special of the day. I said no fully expecting a human to take my order. No it proceeded to tell me that I could place my order whenever I wanted when I placed my order it then said we'll see you at the window. Bojangles do you realize you have removed the sole purpose of your business from your business model. It is a human customer ordering items. Can you not be respectful to me and have a human take my order? This relying on automation sucks. You may say it's for cost savings. Still cost me an exorbitant amount for my breakfast.

The speed of service and the friendliness of the staff is a great representation of southern hospitality. Being in law enforcement, I often need something quick to pick up and this bojangles is quick, clean, has good food, and overall amazing service. This has to be one of the best bojangles I’ve been to.

Every time I come here.I have to pull up and wait at least 20 to 30 minutes.Ridiculous it’s a drive thru.Anyways maybe have some chicken ready during your dinner rush.I even have to weight for Bo bites.Then to get home and of course I get Mac and cheese instead of the mashed potatoes.No sauce either.I come here 2 3 times a week but tonight was my last!

So the employees we interacted with were amazing and even though we have to pull ahead and wait for our order the experice was still pleasant.
Biggest issue was with the ordering board, it kept flickering/flashing and the AI (im assuming thats what was taking our order) didnt get the order correct initially
