We haven't been to Burger King in over a year and today I remembered why. My husband ordered a few Whoppers and one or two was supposed to be plain. My husband even said make sure they're plain twice. They wasn't :/ and all the Burgers were cold!
It was late in the evening after work and he went through the drive thru and nobody checked the bags. Big mistake! When he got home even though the receipt says plain, the Whoppers all had everything on them. We live 30 minutes away so too tired to take them back. Now I have a hungry family who wasted their time and money on Burger King. Never again!

Just went tonight to order food for my dad and grandparents and I placed a mobile order for my dad and I was paying cash for my grandparents. As I waited in line to order it was finally my turn to order and the employee to take my order had told me to wait a minute and walked off. After 5 minutes he's been standing around doing absolutely nothing for the past 5 minutes. He starts complaining that he's leaving and everyone else can figure out what they are going to do under his breath. No one ever came to take my order after 9 minutes of standing in line. What I believe to be the manager was getting cross with the employees and slamming her hands loudly on a metal table behind the counter yelling at employees. I don't recommend this place. It took almost 30 minutes just to get my mobile order. And I repeat no one ever took my order at the register.

My boyfriend and I go to this Burger King frequently and it is usually at night. Normally it is okay but we went last night and I have never been treated to poorly in my life. The lady who took my order rushed the process and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to place my order. Then after getting my total, I pulled forward to pay and a few minutes later, my drinks were shoved at me through the window. We then waited a bit longer and before we were given our food. I will not be going to this establishment for a while.

I ordered on door dash the new mushroom Swiss burger. I get a call from the restaurant telling me they have no meat. A Burger King that’s famous for their Whooper has no meat….unbelievable. Will not order from this restaurant again. Out of meat smh
