Pulled into the drive thru 5 min before they closed, I expected them to be closed or at least annoyed but instead the gentleman helping me (manager I believe) was so kind and polite my food was made fresh and was promptly handed to me 5 star service tonight!!!!!

I don’t know if the whole crew here is new but it seems like it. We ordered 2 bacon king meals and they gave us only the burgers and they were single patties we were already home so didn’t make the drive back. It’s irritating when you get charged for the things but don’t get them. DO BETTER

I went to this Burger King on November 24 at 3:20 I ordered and I said I want the $5 duo both with a whopper jr and fries the guy said no drinks I said no. I checked my receipt it said drinks I went back up and I said CALMLY I ordered fries not drinks he said you do not know how to order and started yelling and saying nonsense and saying it was our fault, another worker came up to us and said can you please learn to order and started to agree with the other worker. and he said get out of my store. That is not how you treat people that are customers you do not shout and yell and say get out. Burger King you need to get a hold of your employees that was just wrong. Why all of this when he could have just fixed it.

Went in today and ordered a wopper with out lettuce, got it with hardly any other ingredients, ordered onion rings and menu on board above the cashier had one size and it was medium...then ordered exta one sauce for onion rings and it was .30 cents for a tiny .89 oz suce packet... when i got to my car i tried onion rings before leaving store and they weren't even cooked thoroughly. Disgusting taste and the wolper was not any better.... , if i didn't have an appointment to go to i would have walked back in and asked for my money back.....also have been through drive thru on a different day and mine and my husband's order was so wrong and we couldn't even eat the oil filled tots that came with the breakfast... never again.. I was going to go back and complain, but would it really make a difference?? Usually not.
Fed up with BK. Can't make anything right. Charges for sauces that aren't given to customers.

If I could literally put 0 stars for everything I would. There was only like 4 cars in the drive through but we still sat in the line for 45 minutes!(stuck between 2vehicles so I couldn’t get out of line). I thought “ok someone’s ordering a bunch or maybe something that takes some time……” now I finally get to the window and I see why eve been in line for 45 minutes.
1:All of our drinks are wrong(not even unsweet tea, just tea that’s gotten to hot and gone sour by a lot) 2: RUDE!! The girl running the window is rude as crap! I explained our drinks were wrong and she had the audacity to roll her eyes and shake her head 3: HAIR?! There was sooooo much hair in our food it was disgusting! I have long black hair this was short yellow or white hair! I remember why I don’t stop here and why I will make sure to never again stop here

I dd a BK order this evening and I really wanted this classic chicken sandwich they have and it wasn't Dd's fault but that sandwich was the nastiest sandwich I'd ever had the displeasure of biting into and I ate not even half before realizing that it was too nasty for even our dogs to eat...if this is the food they're serving you can trust ill never make that mistake again...BK learn how to properly prepare food!!
