I went inside with my mother and brother and we were greeted by a very sweet lady. She was very patient and kind and when I tried the m&m sandwich cookie and carrot cake omg..it was so good this is literally my crumbl cookie I've actually never tried anything as delicious as this everyone is missing out frđ¤¤

LET ME TELL YOU I stopped by here in a rush, on the way to a friendâs get together. I needed a dessert to bring. I chose an assorted box of cookies (tiny sanddollar cookies ?, assorted sugar cookies with sprinkles, choc chunk, snickerdoodle) and I didnât even get a chance to try any!! Everyone at the party raved about how great the cookies were! Thatâs when you know itâs good â¤ď¸â¤ď¸I stopped by today and bought some of the same cookies for my family and they loved it! I highly recommend. Their cookies are not overly sweet which I love.

I remember the birthday cakes my Mother would get for me when I was little. We lived in a small town (Reidsville). The taste of the cake and especially the icing are exactly as I remember. You cannot get that at the grocery stores or Wal-mart. The smell that hits you when you open the door is intoxicating. THIS is a real bakery. I will be a customer for life. Try it. You will not regret it.

Ordered red velvet cupcakes and were so moist and delicious. Right amount of frosting too. Ordered for a baby shower in charlotte and one of girls want them to do a there wedding cake. Everyone loved them. Thank you and will be back

My husband and I have only been coming to this bakery recently. We have acquired an addiction to the homemade oatmeal cream pies!! Oh my gosh they are amazing. The filling is so yummy and we crave them now. Also the sugar cookies are amazing as well.

There aren't a lot of places these days that have stayed the same for the last at least 35 years. Central Bakery stands out by retaining what works. We pick up seasonal goods regularly, think the thin sugar cookies in the shapes of witches hats, pumpkins, turkeys, etc. they taste the same to me now as they did over 30 years ago. Central Bakery has, of course, added a few new items over the years, but the day childhood memories still live on in their cases.The staff is always a pleasure to talk to and charm, history, and nostalgia just whisks your away as soon as the doors open.Do yourself a favor and drop by if you haven't lately... And if you haven't, you're missing out.
