The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because the people who go there to eat can be rude and it makes the whole thing less enjoyable plus I live 3 miles from the Chick fli a and they still won't deliver to me and I think that's absolutely ridiculous.

CROWDED. Staff is cordial, knowledgeable and welcoming despite the chaos around them. Food is Chick-fil-A. You know what you're getting.
They always knock out out of the park. From the drive up, to paying to receiving your order, it's a pleasure! See what i did there? Lol.

Chikfila always has great food. But the service at this location is consistently bad. Every single order is wrong no matter the visit. Wrong filet choice or forgotten dressing. Or wrong order altogether. I've had to circle back and walk in on more than one occasion and I've gotten attitude from the drive thru staff when I ask for my order to be corrected before I leave the window (the time this happened they messed up the same sandwich TWICE despite me giving them the ticket to look at). If the accuracy on the orders was what it used to be i would have rated it higher. But the last 6 times every single order has been wrong or incomplete. Every time.
