Cookout was on all cylinders today! The BBQ and Hot dogs were great! Fried okra and fries were fresh and cooked just right! The tea was spot on and quenched our thirsts.

Food is usually good but tonight it wasn’t and we didn’t even get what we asked for. The inside cashier was rude and acted like we were an annoyance and clearly did not listen when we placed our order.

Food and service were great, even with a lot of customers. It was a next rush which may have been the reason, but it was a little dirty in there with food bits and whatnot on the floor and tables, as well as trashcans overflowing.

When you pay your employees $10 an hour and have 1 small restroom for your customers....nah. Lost my appetite!
Wanted to give this place another shot last time we ate there prior and it was not that good. BIG!!! Mistake it was worse than time before all the food we got was burnt and was disgusting!🤢

The cashier wasn't friendly at all...to me & (2) other customers with me...After getting the food to go, once in the car, the fries were cold...I waa over it & decided not to go back inside,if I'm in the area again, I will check my food before leaving out, and I will ask for fresher food!.
