The food was good, but the staff seemed miserable. Our order was missing a couple of things, including food we paid for. Honestly the experience was bad enough that we did not even want to return to correct the mistakes that were made, so we just accepted defeat.

Yesterday I waited in line for at least 15/20 mins after work just for my blizzard to be all the way melted & the girl at the window literally looked at me like she knew it was wrong & seen the expression on my face, no flip test or nothing. Very disappointed due to the fact that I had just visit this restaurant A few days prior and got the same exact thing, but it was not melted. These blizzard aren’t cheap so to get a half melted one is a waste of money.

My mom and I come here relatively often and it's usually pretty good, but I've noticed more and more that they never blend the blizzards all the way down anymore. By the time we get to the bottom, it's just plain soft serve.

Nothing like standing at the counter, waiting to be served while the cashier stands and talks to somebody else they knew personally. Waiting ... Waiting ... Kudos to the young lad who jumped in to take our order. That guy was the only thing that kept me from wanting to walk out. But the older lady? Completely dismissive and uninterested. Also is it really necessary to have a whole table at the entrance dedicated to religion? I can respect establishments that base their values in religion, but the in-your-face display was just overkill.

Very friendly employee at the drive thru window. Food was also fresh and hot. Didn't even have to ask for ketchup it was already in the bag.
Who ever worked drive thru on 4/6 was the worst staff we are ordering at 9:25pm and mind no car was in front of us or behind us having a good night with my family and because we are laughing the person with the mic tells us to leave the drive thru if we don’t order and we were still in the process of ordering very very rude and I could understand if he’s the only one in there but there are 2 employees on the floor there’s no need to talk to us in that manner worst experience and I thought McDonald’s was bad at least they would have laughed with us if you do not like your job please find a new one and he even switched at the window so he wouldn’t talk to us and handed his coworker the ice cream and I see him smiling and laughing handing it to him and he immediately turns it back to the employee and say dude no don’t do that cause he was messing it up on purpose if you have cameras please review them I will be waiting to hear bacK from management/owner thank you

Where was the only customer it took them a few minutes to come to the speaker to take our order. The worker was very nice. We ordered Ice Cream Sundays, blizzards, and onion rings. The ice cream sundaes and the blizzards we're great the onion rings were not cooked all the way. So they were not edible. My husband normally gets a banana split but they were out of banana's. We love Dairy Queen. This was the only time we've ever had an issue there.

Really was a good outing before work!!!! Never been to a Dairy Queen! Really liked the Red Velvet Shake Ice Cream they had! Decent size ! Will be coming back for definite & the cashiers were really nice too :)
